These guys were fantastic! Showed up the next day after I contacted them to come out and give me a quote to remove a huge Monterey cypress from our yard. Their quote not only included removing the tree, but taking all the wood (we didn't want to keep any as firewood) AND removing entire stump, and was still cheaper than other quotes. They showed up on time and it was amazing to watch them work! In just about 4 hours, the work was done and everything was cleaned up. Fast, safe, and very reasonably priced, these guys were great! Upon request, They also left a couple of rounds for our girls to do art projects with read more

I exchanged messages with Maria and had a quick call with her. She is very friendly and professional. Franco called to schedule the appointment. He was fast, professional, polite, honest and was able to give a quote on the spot, whereas others would tell me they would send me the quote later. He was the most reasonably priced of all the quotes I received. His crew showed up within the 3 hour window I was given. They were quick, efficient and did a great job cleaning up after. Even skimmed our pool to get all the debris out. We asked for a little extra service on a couple of our trees and we were able to work out a deal with Franco over the phone while his crew was there. I highly recommend this company/team! read more

I spoke with Maria in the office and she set up an appointment for a free estimate with Mardel. Last week I called Franco Tree service to remove a dead cypress and trim some other trees. Franco came in a day to give the estimate. The estimate was reasonable and the job was done to my satisfaction. The team was friendly and took care of the clean-up. This was my second time using his service. I will definitely recommend them. read more

My 3rd year using Franco Tree Service, and I am increasingly impressed with their reliability, professionalism and amazing arboreal genius and artistry. It is a bit suspect that these reviews are either 5 star or 1 star. Is it possible that the 1stars are from desperate competitors? Who knows?! Franco's pricing is absolutely competitive, and a bargain for what they have delivered every time. Their clean-up is immaculate. Gracias BTW: we had 11 trees trimmed by Franco Trees this round. read more

They are very reliable and telling you the truth what needs to be done. Good communication and arrive on time. They did a great work even in the rainy day! No complaints or any over charging/hidden fee. Workers are friendly. They even clean up the debris in the pool. I will definitely recommend them if anybody needs service. read more

We had Franco Tree Service come out and take out a tree and trim about 7 other trees in the yard. They came on time and did an excellent job. We would highly recommend them. read more

I placed a message yesterday to have my trees trimmed ASAP and Maria answered me and made a appointment for 10:30 am today. Franco arrived on time and said he could fit me in today! He came back with his crew and did a epic job, they were careful to not damage my spa or my rattan furniture. When they were finishing up with the wood chipper, they then blew the whole yard, driveway and the front of the walkway. These guys were my dream workers, on time, fair prices and good work. read more

Nice team. Mardel and his team know their job well. courteous and humble. Honored my quote of last year that was need for a small tree removal, shaping of a tree and trimming to two maple trees. Finished their work in little less than 2 hours. No damage to the property. Cleaned my backyard well and took away the dump. read more

I used Franco Tree services recently to cut and trim about 13 of my trees. The team did a great job as per my requirements. They came out promptly and finished the within few hours as promised. They cleaned up well after the work was done. They took care of my other small plants, so no damage to any of my other plants under the trees that we cut. They were pretty reasonable in their pricing. I feel comfortable to recommend them for any tree removal project. They are licensed and insured firm so I was very comfortable giving my project to them. read more

Mardel and Maria are a good husband and wife team which we recently used for trimming our backyard and front yard trees. The price was competitive and most of all they were responsive, quick and especially clean up after the job was done. read more

Used Franco's for removal of our dead oak tree and trimming of oak branches over neighbor's property. Franco and his wife are very professional, always responded and on time. We originally were supposed to use Franco for the removal of our dead oak tree, but our neighbor wanted to use another tree professional. So we told Franco's that we had to go with the neighbors service. Waited for a week to be done when Franco was going to do the next day. Week later, the other place wanted to extend out another 2 days....called Franco's back and they were out the next day! Did in one day versus other tree service taking 2 days and at same price! Highly recommend, they are licensed and professional! read more

Mardel and his crew crushed it! They showed up on time, delivered on expectations and were excellent with their clean up. I had, it's nice saying had, a large tree in my backyard. Branches were long and extended over neighbors properties and over my roof. Mardel's crew took care and precaution of all surroundings. I had 3 contractors come out for quotes, Mardel was the only one that showed up early and gave the best price. Highly recommend Mardel Franco . read more

Excellent service. They came on time and finish the work thoroughly. Very professional and accommodative for what we needed with our tall cypress trees. read more

What a shame! I have used this company a few times before and they have done a great job. Not this time! Few days ago they came over to trim some trees, one of the trees got butchered. Some branches are shorter as some are longer and some were broken down. They didn't do a clean job. The owner left in the beginning and the workers packed everything before asking me if the tree looked ok, they collected the check and left. Also some branches were left on the floor in our backyard and they filled up our bin with branches so our Gardner couldn't use it the next day. I've contacted Franco the same day but he didn't get back to me. Now I need to higher a different tree service company to fix the one I have already paid for. read more

We had Franco Tree Service remove many large overgrown Eucalyptus trees, trim the rest of our Eucalyptus trees and plum trees. Good service, good communication, fair price and the owners Mardel and Maria are wonderful. They will be our tree company going forward. I highly recommend them! 2 friends recommended them to me. Thank you Franco Tree! read more

Franco Tree Service - crane - Tree Services Near Me - Gilroy, California

They are very quick and responsive via email. Franco arrived on time for both the evaluation and day of the service. I had two small palm small palm trees removed. It took Franco and one assistant a little less than an hour to remove both trees, grind the stump, clean the yard, and pile the debris in the street for city pickup. $200 for this job. He will take the debris away for $50. I am sure this is contingent upon how much he is taking away. read more

After having issues with having another tree service we decided to give Franco Tree Service a try. I messaged them through Yelp and received a response to come out for an estimate on Sunday. Wow! I was impressed. I wasn't expecting any response or let alone someone coming to our home until sometime during the week. A gentleman came out at the time specified and gave us a quote. Not only was the quote reasonable they were available to come the next day. Amazing! The men came on time, did a great job on pruning our three trees, cleaned up and hauled away all the trimmings. I was very impressed with the service we received after receiving horrible customer service from another tree service company. I would definitely recommend anyone to give Franco Tree Service a call. read more

Franco Tree Service is the perfect tree trimming service and exactly what we were looking for. We had several different kinds and sizes of trees in our backyard that were touching our house. Franco's team assessed the property and gave a reasonable quote. The next day the team came and trimmed them all perfectly and cleaned up the yard afterwards. They were on time, realizable, and professional. We will be using for all our future tree trimmings. read more

I had used this service in the past. When my Mom was concerned about her tree leaning, we called Franco's Tree Service. We got the estimate the same day (Thursday) and the tree was removed the following Monday. After removing the tree, the area was left spotless. After learning we were responsible for maintaining a huge sherry oak tree in front of our house on the sidewalk and prepping our house for sale, we were in a rush to find someone quick to help prune our tree. After sending a message via yelp I received a response within the hour and scheduled an appointment for a quote. Franco showed up right on time and provided a solid quote, better than most competitors out there. The day of the service cams around and his crew got right to work. All of the pruned branches and leaves were neatly lined up against our sidewalk for the garbage service to pick up. The result, amazing! Please note we haven't cut our tree in 3 years; technically supposed to do it every year. Thank you so much Franco and team! You guys are amazing and I'll be sure to recommend your services! read more

Used Mardel and his hard working team again. I continue to marvel over their hard work and attention to detail.... Not to mention their very fair price See you when I need tree service or a clean up MC read more

Franco was very professional and timely, and ensured that most of his workers did the job correctly. They took down two large sycamore trees, chipped the branches and stacked the remaining wood in a day and a half. My only complaint was with one of his workers who had an attitude and dropped a few large pieces from high up on my flagstones and broke five of them. When I brought it to Franco's attention he immediately put a stop to it, but not until the damage was done. He however didn't say anything until I brought it to his attention. I'll call him again since he's honest and does a great job.I'll however keep on eye on things since one of his employees had an attitude and intentionally dropped large pieces on my flagstones. Reason I say intentionally is because he stopped once pointed it out. read more

Excellent in all respects. Rapid response to my concern getting weeds before they went to seed. Mowing and weed whacking was thorough yet neatly and carefully done. Got every nook and cranny, and we're talking over 2 acres. They even cleared out my round pen. Tree trim was also beautifully done with their climber creating a balanced arch of the view as well as removing all dead branches. Wow. Impressed with Franco's professionalism, skill and pride in their work. They gave me a newly found pride in my home. read more

I got a quote and when followed up to book the job they promised someone would call me back. Never happened.

We hired Franco's Tree Service in March of 2020 to prune and shape 4 trees in our yard. To say we were disappointed by the outcome is an understatement. As we look at our trees now, they are butchered. Some branches were not even cut, but broken off. The pruning is uneven, with many branches sticking out without new growth on them. These trees have been pruned many times before, but never left in the sad condition they are in now. There was a disregard for our yard foliage even after having made the care of plants very important to Mardel. We can certainly NOT recommend this company for pruning your trees. read more
