My ortho specialist was already overbooked so scheduled me with RAYUS where they took care of everything needed to perform an almost immediate Epidural Steroid Injection procedure. From start to finish the surgeon & staff members in all areas gave me maximum help & support every step of the way. Each one was noticeably proficient in their role & showed the patient concern, kindness, & respect. The care team worked in harmony with excellent results. The icing on the cake is their extended business hours, and competitive pricing - which all patients or caregivers should strive to be aware of. Without hesitation I recommend RAYUS for any imaging, radiology, &/or orthopedic treatment needs.

My appointment was the following Monday. No estimate, and no way to cancel without paying $50. After calling twice I found out it was $643 would be my Copay. How convenient, I would have cancelled on Friday without any penalties. Had I known and atleast would have thought the their customer service is better than it was. Shady. I would not go here and I would not recommend anyone to schedule an appointment here.

She did her best to put me at ease even though I thought I was relaxed. She was quick to release the pressure plate after images were taken. Thank you for not being distracted while taking each image. You obviously do understand how uncomfortable a Mammogram is. Rayus Radiology is conveniently located right off of 465N and 71st Street on Marsh Road. Parking is convenient with several handicapped parking spaces just feet from their front door. The 2 ladies checking patients in were timely, explained everything well, and was glad to answer questions about the intake paperwork. I was warmly greeted as I entered, and when leaving, both again thanked me for using Rayus and told me to have a wonderful day. I never felt like I was just a number but a patient cared about. My wait was only 5 or 10 minutes after completing the paperwork. The waiting room has ample seating of different sizes and types. The facility was clean and tidy, and the tech wore gloves at all times. The dressing room is also extremely clean and tidy. The individual lockers were clean, and I locked my personal items in my locker during the procedure. This is at least my 4th year using Rayus for yearly routine exams. I have my mammograms, bone density, MRI's and other radiology tests done here. From my experience today, I'll continue using Rayus and recommending to others looking for an excellent facility.

Wow, You rarely get treated this well at a medical facility. Came in for a mammogram, ultrasound…read moreand bone density screening. Scheduling was easy peasy and I was given all the information to go ahead and submit all my information electronically prior to my visit. Fairly user friendly program, not as difficult as some I have experienced. Yes there was a little bit of additional paperwork when I arrived for my appointment, but it wasn't bad. I was guided to a dressing room and given lovely gowns to wear.. oh joy... those are always so flattering. Once I was changed, I was guided to the bone density exam. Nothing exciting here, you just lay still and let them do their scans. You can even breathe throughout, which is a plus as I do like to breathe. Then we ran into a little glitch because apparently the radiologist works from another state and wasn't quite ready for me. So I was guided back to the waiting area and offered a nice warmed blanket... yes to the blanket, I do love those preheated blankets. I have to say that the wait wasn't very long, 15-20 minutes, but the staff checked on me quite a bit and kept apologizing. Then it was off to the mammogram. The nurse administering it was as gentle as she could be and checked on my comfort level throughout. Here you do not get to breathe. The exam was the least painful I have had in a while. I then had to wait a little bit again due to another patient occupying the room I was to go to next. No problem, I rather appreciate medical staff to take their time, than to rush out a person. I had my phone to play with and my blankie to keep me warm, so the 10 minutes I waited flew by. and again, I was kept updated on the status. When it was my turn to get the ultrasound, I was again made as comfortable as can be. After the procedure, i got to hang out until the radiologist was ready to announce his findings. Via speakerphone I was given my results right then and there. Awesome, no waiting and worrying. All is well with me and I hope others will ge tthe same wonderful result. Back to the dressing room. It was occupied for the moment. When the patient came out, I almost stormed in to change into something a bit more flattering, but I was stopped by the nurse... she needed to desinfect the entire room before I could enter. Very good Covid procedures here. Once properly dressed, I was guided back to the entrance. A very nice touch, most facilities just point you towards the exit. So while I guess I should take 1/4 star off for the wait, I was so well taken care off, that I really didn't mind.

Having had a recent leg injury that led me into several sessions of wound care and physical…read moretherapy, I knew that it was time for me to take seriously my need to locate another primary care physician. After a false start visit with an IU Health physician I was referred to by the clinic, I decided that this was the perfect opportunity for me to explore my curiosity with Franciscan Health. I've always heard positive things about Franciscan Health and as someone with a ministry background, though not Catholic, I thought this type of setting might be a healing environment for me and my hope was to find a physician with whom I could build a trusting relationship so that I could avoid my usual avoidance of healthcare. Dr. Willfond is actually employed by the Franciscan Health organization and only recently joined the Cityway practice. Prior to this, I believe she was in a practice near County Line Road on the Marion/Johnson County border. As a sexual assault survivor, I will admit that whenever possible I try to use female providers, though it's certainly not always possible. For primary care, however, it was certainly my hope to find someone either close to my home or close to my work. The Cityway offices are right next to the Irsay YMCA just south of downtown. I work a little over a mile away. The building houses several Franciscan clinics including a lab, sports medicine, massage, radiology and others. The primary care offices are on the first floor. I'd considered one other Franciscan physician, but I got immediately turned off when the first words out of their mouths was "the doctor doesn't prescribe pain medication." Fortunately, I didn't have that experience with Dr. Willfond's office and that's definitely the last thing on my mind. While she's relatively new to this location, she did bring some patients with her and she did have about a 5-week wait for an initial appointment. As I had some urgency due to the leg injury, I definitely attempted to get in more quickly and actually was contacted and was able to get in 11 days earlier than my original appointment after a cancellation. I was impressed that they not only took note of my need, but they did the follow-up. The building does have paid parking, which is validated, but if you have mobility issues while driving you should know that you'll have to grab your parking ticket on the way in and you'll have to insert your ticket and validation on the way out. However, I found it worked seamlessly. There's several accessible parking spots up front and they are ADA compliant. The entryway includes automatic doors as this is a relatively new complex. As you enter the clearly marked clinic entrance, the reception desk is on the right and there's a couple small waiting areas. I was impressed with the intake call and they also called and did pre-registration that saved me, as a slightly spastic paraplegic, from having to write on those small forms the day of the appointment. I received a short video to watch prior to my appointment that basically explained what to expect and how to be prepared. I was taken to my room on time, or at least within five minutes of on time. The room was a bit small and not quite what I'd prefer to see in terms of wheelchair access. If I'd needed to get on the table, that would have been challenging, but it seemed both the nurse and Dr. Willfond adapted well. The rooms are bright and cheery, only minimally decorated and, of course, they have the Franciscan identifiers (a cross) above the door of each room. I don't know if Dr. Willfond had read my record in advance, but she was clearly informed and that gave both of us a good place to start from. As I specifically mentioned my leg concerns, I was impressed that she assertively wanted to see the leg as wrapped by my physical therapist. While the office isn't as well equipped with wrapping supplies, she made sure to re-wrap it and offered understandable clinical opinions and recommendations. Dr. Willfond listened thoroughly and even offered me sort of a "last chance" mention any other concerns. While primary care visits are always tight, I never felt rushed. In fact, handling the wrap was more involved than she expected but she followed through and addressed my concerns. It is my hope that she'll grow into a "safe" place for me to be authentic about my health and my disability while allowing someone to watch for health and skin issues. She was intelligent, informed, kind and felt safe but not in an artificial way. The nurse, as well, was absolutely top notch. If you need labs done, they have a walk-in lab on the second floor. This appointment was exactly what I'd hoped for and I was relieved that Dr. Willfond agreed to be my primary care physician.
