Let me say if you want a party in the summer look into another hall!! The AC does not work it was probably 85 inside they use these portable swap coolers around the hall but it only feels good if you're standing or sitting right in front of it. Once the hall started getting packed with our guest it just got miserably hot. It felt better outside than inside!!! I kept asking for the ac and they just blew me off said it was on (they were referring to the swap). My daughter actually had her day ruined because she got heat stroke and spent most of her night outside throwing up uncontrollably. I will say the security was amazing the one security guard gave my daughter a tshirt to put on because we had to quickly get her out of her dress to cool her down with loose firing cool clothing. DJ is horrible doesn't play the music requested and gets drunk of the liquor I had to pay for! Bartender for the most part was trying her best to help. The package deal where they recommend a photographer please do not use this guy as these pictures are not professional it's like someone's hobby and for all the money spent and all the horrible things that happened I can't believe we have such ugly photos. Bottom line if you want a party in anytime during the heat PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY, go somewhere else where your guests can enjoy and be comfortable. I desired to have the best for my wife for this celebration with family and friends; this venue did not fail me. From the first step entering this facility, inquire what they offered to the end of the evening there was no disappointment. This venue offers everything needed to accommodate the desires we had. The contact this venue has with other vendors relieved the stress of us searching for centerpieces, DJ, transportation, and everything else in between. Stepping out of the limo unto a red carpet laid for us at the entrance, entering, we were taken back with the decor, the colors, and the lighting we envisioned. Our guests and family had so many great comments about the venue; my wife and I were so happy and blessed; this is what we wanted to achieve, and it happened! The facility manager Marshall Keyes is an exceptional and inspirational man. Always positive from the very beginning to the very end. He was present at our reception, opening the doors and welcoming us as we entered. Andrea, our coordinator from the facility, is an incredible person.
