I love how HomeGoods changes with the seasons. You're able to find cute seasonal goods and great gifts. On my recent visit, I wanted to get a basket and some fall blankets. She has no customer service skills whatsoever. Rude in her answers, she got mad when she couldn't locate the bar codes on the pots when they were right in front of her eyes. She called another employee to help her bag up the items for us and she was nasty to him too. Normally I get nasty customer service interactions with younger people but this old lady had them beat. Her entire demeanor and attitude sucked. I like this store and shop here quite often but after interacting with her last night, I really don't want to come back. She does not need to interact with customers. Her name is Aurea. So watch out people for this nasty employee. She's more concerned about her acrylic nails than being nice and polite.
