She was also very affirming of those in our group who were more confident painters and wanted to put their own spin on the painting. Overall, a fun evening out and definitely worth the money. Most recently I took a canvas here to be framed, and the owner patiently answered my questions about various options and price ranges. I was a little disappointed in the turn around--10 days after putting in our gallery wrap order, they still hadn't started on it. But they redeemed themselves by finishing it that very afternoon. I sheepishly went into Van's to see if they had a card to fit my old (new) camera. I almost didn't go in because I hadn't bought the camera there. The gentleman (owner) was really, really helpful. He had the card I needed, installed it, tested the camera, sold me the correct data cable, found an ultra torch light and gave me some advice. Oh, and he threw in a stand, too. Keith Unbelievable…read moreand terrible business ethics in your part, you contacted us yesterday asking for the laser of the machine , we took your word and order it to Japan without payment , just on your word because you told us you were in a hurry, The payment was going to be first at 6:30 PM and then at 9:30 PM then the next day, then no payment.... After several messages , The first excuse is that we send you a payment request and not an invoice via PayPal and that was suspect of fraud?..seriously?... we have helped you in the past with parts with payments via PayPal. But then we provided with the office invoice as well as the Paypal invoice, and still silence on your part, we know now that by then you had already decided to screw us but you didn't have the balls or the professionalism to let us know immediately. Then after we called , the next excuse was that somebody was offering you six months warranty?, you could have asked us for the same warranty, but in reality, I don't think who you bought the laser from is going to be true to the warranty because it's very difficult to warranty a laser unit and not knowing the rest of the physical state of your old QSS32 furthermore the laser will most likely still come from us, I will be paying very close attention, they probably offer you six more warranty just to make the sale. I'm pretty sure of that. We were also considering purchasing the boards for your E6 machine, but at this point that is not gonna happen FYI , We are now one of the very few companies in the country that deal with old equipment , printers, scanners, film, processors, and everything related to photo finishing and actually have inventory in our warehouse and pretty soon will be the only one as two of the other companies are closing. DoNot contact us ever again, we only do business with professional , ethical people and corporations.
