Well, I stopped by there on the Friday after Thanksgiving. Most places of business are open that day, but if by chance they are not, they usually leave a sign on the door saying that they're closed for holiday vacation or something. Most businesses won't be closed for 4 days straight - especially on the weekends in Nov/Dec when most people are out Black Friday/Xmas shopping. Not expecting this, I was thinking maybe they were closed for lunch or something and called the number on the door. Whomever answered said (and rather unenthusiastically) that they would be back the following Monday. Too bad; you lose business this way. I got my movie poster framed somewhere else for a far lower price than what this store would've charged. I will not be returning to Framed Pictures again. read more

I have gotten many items framed here, and we always have great conversations while also discussing the framing I need done. They don't Just frame items, they really care. Each item I have had framed always comes out amazing, and they always make sure each item is protected and actually ask where the item will be hanging to figure out potential light interaction and what kind of glass protection may or may not be needed. To make things even better, they help with creative choices I may be trying to figure out for each individual item such as matching colors and matting with the item being framed. Nick and David are great! We had just finished remodeling our bathrooms and needed a vanity mirror for one of them. It needed to be a large mirror as I did not want a mirror over each sink. After not having any luck at the usual places...Home Goods, Pier One, Living Spaces, etc., we decided to go with a custom framed mirror. I found a frame that I liked at a shop in Studio City ($$$$$), not in the budget. So I kept looking for a place. Then I found Framed Pictures. Although they did not carry the frame I wanted, they went out of their way to find it and special order it for me at a better price. We had the mirror within a week and they did a fabulous job, we are so happy with it. They also took the time to make sure it was secure enough for us to bring home ourselves without needed a special delivery. I would highly recommend Nick and his team. This guy is unbelievable! I pay him great money to frame a picture for me and when I come to pick it up it's not properly wrap for transport. I asked him for some cardboard and he gives me something that will not even cover the picture. I ask him for a piece laying against the wall and he tries to sell it to me for two dollars.
