They were able to work with me on the price and my fear of having an inferior product was relieved when I picked up my frame. Even though they don't specialize in jerseys, they did a great job! The reason why this wasn't a five-star review was that they told me it would take 1.5 to 2 weeks, but ended up taking 2.5 weeks after I called. It wasn't a big deal to me, but it definitely had me stressed that it was not going to come out right. If time is not of the essence, this place does a great job for a great price!

I dropped my pieces off and he promised it within two weeks. Much to my surprise, I got a message less than a week later that the work was done! Since it was a gift for my wife, I took her with me to see the finished products, and she was thrilled! After a couple of years, the art work in a couple are drooping probably from poor choice of tape. So when I recently acquired a couple of new art pieces I decided to get them framed correctly. I hope the adhesive was at least archival acid free. I brought a piece of art here a few years ago and didn't get the kind of glass I asked for, but it wasn't a huge deal, so I kept it as-is. I decided to give them another chance because I figured that was a misunderstanding and I like to shop small/local. I took an original watercolor to be float mounted and when I got it back it was just matted traditionally. I know he understood what I wanted when I dropped it off, because he told me how he was going to use spacers to keep the art from touching the glass, so it wasn't just a misunderstanding this time. Two chances is enough for me so I took it elsewhere to have it fixed. They opened it up right in front of me and there was my expensive original artwork, spray mounted to foam board. Time will tell if it starts to yellow and discolor. So upset and disappointed about all of this.

The original was damaged and, so I thought, couldn't be saved. It was discarded and there I was, needing a reputable framing shop to handle something that was of great sentimental value.
