It has such wonderful features (foam insulation and plumbing methods and more)! It is more incredible than we could have ever imagined! Truly awesome tradespeople. Each of the experts involved were magnificent to work with. They all truly cared about what we wanted to accomplish. We were able to walk through the house with each one to talk through specifics. We were truly treated with such professionalism. I have heard horror stories from people who have built their own homes. But, Will and his team made it so easy for us. We enjoyed the process! The first time was several years ago-on our…read moreformer home we had a screened in patio attached to our home but wanted storm windows as well as screens so we could enjoy the patio in all seasons. We called a lot of companies but none of them did that kind of job. I gave up trying but one day on my way to Mansfield from Crowley I saw a business called Mansfield Glass. I went home and looked them up and called them to explain what I needed. They came right out and laser measured the patio and the glass windows and said they could solve our problem and within a few weeks we had brand new sliding storm windows and screens that fit like a glove! We were thrilled! That upgrade also increased the value of our home when we sold it a few years later. So recently I decided I wanted a frameless shower door on our new home as I didn't like the one I had. So of course I called Mansfield Glass because of what a great job they did on my former home. My new shower door is gorgeous! What an upgrade! It is so much nicer than what I had! And they also disposed of that ugly shower door they removed! I attached pics of my new shower door. I replaced 31 windows in my home and 1 window is different than the rest. I have 5 windows side by…read moreside and the different one is in there . All my windows have double locks except this one. It has a single lock. The window is a quarter inch smaller than the other 4 and the company told me it cant be fixed with 2 locks like all the rest. Now they are telling me they can change it at my expense. Wasnt my mistake in the first place and they should fix it. I told them I would be happy to put the old window frame back because it has the double locks but they wont return my calls anymore. Very bad customer service
