They came right out and laser measured the patio and the glass windows and said they could solve our problem and within a few weeks we had brand new sliding storm windows and screens that fit like a glove! I had been looking for a siding company for a while and was relieved to find a company that came highly recommended from a friend. I could tell from the first meeting I had with them that they were friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, and their quote was thousands of dollars less than the other company I had talked to! We live hours away from their headquarters, but they had no problem traveling to us. If I had not known someone who had already used them, I might have been worried that it was too good to be true, but they delivered in every aspect. They were meticulous in their work, and their attention to detail was exceptional. We were so impressed with the siding, soffits, and fascia, that we decided to have them give us a quote for gutters as well, and we added that to the project. We contacted a handful of companies for estimates and ended up getting canceled on last minute by more than a few of them. The ones that did replied (some well known named companies) wanted an armed an a leg and only for 6 windows. But all those became irrelevant once we started working with True Value World window and siding. The owner was out there day one answering questions explaining all about the windows and giving us our quote. Profesional, friendly and knowledgeable. Their pricing blew the others out of the water! He presented us with options and we decided on the platinum windows which we are in love with. True Value World were extra quick to order the windows. We signed the contract for work, payed the down payment, they handle the city permit and within 2 weeks we were ready for install .. which took 1 day for 14 windows! They stand behind their work and commit to addressing all if any issues! The windows look amazing and with the lifetime warranty I feel sure of the decision to buy. This company made lots of promises and have not adhered to them. They promised if I was in a…read morecontract with the electric company they would buy me out of it to allow me to get into a program with a better solar buy back program, that did not happen. I told them I had solar panels before with Solar City and what I wind up doing is basically paying for solar panels and a high electric bill, well I am doing the same thing with this company except I am paying more than I have ever paid in an electric bill. I cannot reach either the sales person or his manager any longer, I am not even sure if they are with the company any longer. When they first came out to do the electrical work for my solar panels, I caught the electrician outside in the garage rambling in my husband's tool box. While the communication with this company started out pretty nice it has since gone dead since installation. I have requested multiple times to be shown how the enphase app works and that has not been done, I have requested my sales person stop by and review a couple of other things with me and that has not been done. At this point I regret entering into an agreement with this company as it is no different than any of the other fast talking companies. I am coming to the conclusion that I may breach this contract and they can come and take these panels back because they are NOT saving me ANY money. I am going to purchase a GENERAC.
