I searched for a local glass company to install a frameless glass shower enclosure in my master bath. Two critical elements to my decision. Customer Service and price. First customer service. I requested the quote from Wise Glass through their website. Within an hour I received a text asking for some measurements and a picture of the space. Once I sent the info I got the quote back within 30 minutes. Frances was on it!! We texted back and forth about the process and lead time. She was professional and very helpful. So far thumbs up. Brian, Kevin's right hand man, is a respectful, positive, hard working young man who takes his job seriously. He was our initial contact and was very thorough when taking initial measurements. Kevin, the owner is a super pleasant guy to work with. He quoted the job and then explained the process. I was very pleased with the quote and felt at ease giving Kevin and Brian the job so I paid the retainer and Kevin got everything ordered. He and Brian arrived as scheduled and on time and got the job completed as he had outlined so there were no surprises. When the work was done, we looked it all over and everything looked great. The next day however, to my surprise, there was a crack in one of the outside panes. I texted Kevin a couple of pictures to show him the crack and where the window was. He called me back within an hr, or so, to verify where the pane was located and got a new one ordered. About a week later, Brian came and pulled the cracked glass out and installed the new one. I don't know why it cracked but Wise Glass covered it without hesitation. The family and I are happy campers! We have windows we can see out of and with better efficiency than the originals. Great company! I had purchased a bathtub enclosure from Lowe's. After waiting 3 weeks and no contact from Lowe's about the installation, I decided to look for other options. They sent the installer out to get the exact measurements and my enclosure was installed the following week. There was a defect in one of the doors that I noticed after the installer left. Late last year I moved back to the Fort Worth area and bought a house in Crowley. During the move one of the glass doors on my china hutch was broken. After I was settled in I began researching glass companies that hopefully could fix it. The glass has a "tongue" at the top so it would require cutting the piece to fit.
