Couldn't be happier! First of all, Steve, the owner gives you a ballpark glass replacement cost…read morewhen you provide the measurement. He doesn't need the measurement to be perfect, because he'll come out and measure (measure twice cut once theory in action,) which I think is GREAT service and a SMART way to keep down costs (less trips.) His prices are reasonable and his quality high. So far we've had four windows replaced and already placed our deposit for another one, with three more going to happen in the future. The windows that needed to be replaced are from 1984 or 1991, so the solar film couldn't be perfectly matched, but you can't tell when you look at them from the inside or out. Very happy. I love supporting local and more than that, I love when local is GREAT! Use them! Already using again!

After reading strong reviews, I contacted Alex to see whether he could replace sun‑damaged windows…read moreand to request an estimate. He immediately asked for a photo without gathering any details about the windows. I explained that the damage wouldn't show in a picture, but he insisted that photo‑based estimates are his standard process, with in‑person measurements only after agreeing to the estimate. This process felt impersonal and did not inspire confidence. While this may work for some customers, it did not meet my expectations for a service provider. I decided to look for a company that offers a more reassuring initial assessment.
