These guys are in Granbury but they were willing to come to Arlington too. After meeting them and seeing a well oiled machine crew with good attitudes. I told the lady exactly what I needed, replace 3 broke windows and I wanted a estimate on screens for a few of the windows.. Bryan arrived Monday as stated , he was very nice, measured the windows to be replaced and measured "all" windows for screens, not what we had asked for.. he, they sent us the estimate two days later at 3pm, and it was not what we requested, it was one price for all, not broke down for window glass repair and estimate on screens.. my wife replied with these comments and they did not reply, two days later, I had to call Bryan and told him what we needed, he said he would get it redone.. Next day no response and I called office.. the lady started telling me Bryan would have to get back to me and he couldn't till later.. Not very professional at all and finally realized they didn't want or need my business.. This was disappointing because I used them in the past and loved their service.. just a little communication would have made a difference..

When the shower doors weren't ready yet I asked them to bring the mirrors. Two of the mirrors were mis-measured & the other one they broke at their shop. Next trip out with shower doors, the doors had been mis-measured. 3rd trip out they said the factory had mis-cut them. Months later finally everything was done but 2 of the rain glass cabinet doors had something smeared on them & one has a slight crack. Those have yet to be replaced even though we have called repeatedly & they have promised to correct them. I've given up & will call someone else but will never recommend them to anyone. It's the worst business I've ever dealt with!

Well, I am here to tell you that Trent is that salt of the earth, honest guy that does quality work AND is honest, reliable and won't screw you over! I had new gutters installed by my roofer 3 years ago due to a hail storm. I didn't have any say in who did them or a contact when I needed help. My gutters have been having rain runoff since installed...shouldn't gutters resolve that?!? I called Trent to discuss getting new gutters. He came over to give me a quote and suggested I didn't even need new gutters but offered an easy solution to my problem! Crazy right!? He didn't even try to sell me anything!
