A young lady by the name of "Enya" stepped in and actually singlehandedly made me reconsider not doing business with Target. I was over it until she stepped in and used her awesome customer service and people skills to correct all that had gone wrong while apologizing constantly while she corrected my job and invoice. This job was for my business, very specific and very important! She treated me as if my business was as important to her as it is to me! I appreciate her hard work, dedication, kindness and professionalism! She is truly an "ASSET" to this company, and at this point, an asset to mine as well! Honestly because and ONLY because of her, I'm still a customer and will be using Target Copy Center again in the near future. I think Ms. Enya would be the perfect person to use to train employees on how to properly do damage control and show the customer just how valuable they are to your client base as she did for me! awesome employee and an awesome young lady! Thank you, Ms. Enya! You're a game changer, a lifesaver and a customer's Shero!!!

They're very corporate in their feel and aesthetics and in fact are now part of a larger chain of…read moreprinters called Consolidated Graphics with offices elsewhere in the US and Canada but they do have a variety of traditional and digital printing modalities and offer a lot of speciality services such as large-format and metalic printing. I found their website to be not as helpful as I would have liked: it reads more like a corporate ad filled with empty terms such as "your partner in printing" and "the more we can do for you, the more of a true partner we become" without giving item by item details on what processes and formats they offer, which would have really been nice. I understand in printing it's hard to list uniform prices on a website, but it IS possible to say at least "we offer such-and-such modality". That's a good starting point for customers. That one complaint aside, StorterChilds has been in Gainesville and doing great work for years and is probably the best print shop in town. They are geared towards business-oriented jobs so they may not be able to do every fine art or esoteric graphic design process I and a handful of other clients may desire, but overall they can offer a wide variety of processes and solutions and their extended network of other Consolidated Graphics printers means if it cannot be done at the Gainesville office, it may be able to be done elsewhere and shipped here. If you do bring them work which could fall under that heading, I would be certain to ask where, if not Gainesville, the job will be done and how fast it can be transported to Gainesville. And to StorterChilds, if you don't know it already, you kind of have cornered the game in Gainesville. Now, please replace the corporate-speak on your website with actual examples of client jobs and say what process was used so when prospective customers are looking at the site, they can see these examples and perhaps be inspired that a certain process would match up for their own printing needs. Instead of the smiling faces of stock photos of businesspeople and saying that "making sure your message gets out there, and gets out there correctly is as vital to us as it is to you", you could use your website to really relay pithy details about your services to customers. We kind of assume that making sure the right message gets out there correctly is in the scope of your business as a printer already.
