She and the staff are very aware of animals' needs, and do their best house them where they will be most comfortable. My dog has a back issue, she needs some help, this "trained professional" never even watched her walk! That's not an exam for $78 prepaid , that's ROBBERY~ as well as showing NO COMPASSION for an animal. Interesting , call clinic, on hold 7 minutes, call back Dr says I call again I'm harassing them. How about YOU do YOUR job when charging for services, as the call is was only because you took money and did NOTHING. The office manage and vet both stated they'd refund cost of exam (as really full exam did not occur). The refund hasn't occurred 02SEP and I'm guessing it won't, as this Dr is arrogant and acts above law.

I brought my male 10 yr old cat because of his chin acne. I thought it was parasites so I had blood work done and I also brought in a fecal sample. That was 6/20. Over a week later and I still do not know either result. The vet talked very quietly and I couldn't hear her which pissed me off. She also talked directly to my daughter instead of me. It's my cat! I was there for 40 minutes. My bill was $500!!! Outrageous! The blood work was $193. I knew that but $500? I was furious by the time I got out of there. I asked her for some medicine to take home and she refused. I had to buy some on Chewy. And the end result...his chin didn't look better. Don't go here. This place is expensive and the service is horrible.

We called for someone to look at it and they thought it was struck by lightening but it was a cut wire. they never rang my door bell to introduce themselves, fixed the cut wire without reviewing with me first. finally rang the doorbell and said, $200 and that I needed to pay by credit card. They left without testing the collar. when I called to try to get him back to test the collar, they said that service wasn't included in the visit and I should do that myself. So they do not confirm everything is working properly and charge $200!
