This visit was my chance to tell them how "active" Emory has been. She's runs around the house doing laps at 3:30 am!! I never had to buy calming chews for my other 3 girls. Emory definitely needs them!! Dr. Malone reminded me that she's just a puppy with a lot of energy. A little too much energy for Mommy when the hasn't gone off yet. Emory received 2 vaccinations. Dr. Malone said that she would be a little bit sore. She sure was. Especially when I took her out of her carrier. She slept most of the day. I gave her the follow up medication she gave me the next day. Emory showed no signs, problems or symptoms of any kind after her vaccinations or the follow up medication. At Emory's last visit she weighed 2.6 pounds. A month and a half later, at almost 4 months. She weighs 5 pounds!! Holy Cannoli!! I had to pick my jaw up off of the floor!! The breeder was wrong when he said that she would only get to be 4 pounds. I'm so incredibly happy with the care that Emory gets from everyone at Rochelle Veterinary Hospital. I wouldn't take or trust my fur babies with anyone else.

Tammy also always remembers the dog's names whenever I call for a reservation and say my name. She's truly an animal lover and really is attentive to their needs. This is an old fashioned sort of kennel. It has a series of fences around the property so the dogs can play in groups safely. Tammy is careful to keep the dogs in play groups that are appropriate for their size and temperament. The dogs stay in individual kennels in a large pole barn that is climate controlled, but doesn't have the other comforts of home. I never send any bed or anything, just their food. Our guys are always happy to see us, and they never have had any problems under Tammy's care. Your dog(s) will come home tired, and likely reeking of a weekend in the country. We always plan a bath as soon as we get home, which seems to disappoint them greatly. Dogs love to be stinky! I recommend this kennel for your dog's next vacation.

I left my pup there for 4 days while I was on vacation. I came back to pick him up and he had a bite mark on his cheek. The groomer said it was a hot spot although my dog has had numerous of hot spots, he's never had them on his face and they've never looked like bloody sores. I took him home to unpack his bags to find mice droppings in his food. I called muddy paws and stated my concern and requested a refund for his food that was $50 a bag at petco. The owner was upset over the phone and told me to come back to receive a check in the amount of my pups dog food. I arrived, and the owner was rude to me. She stated that I should have already been aware of mice (although it was my first time there and she never stated over the phone that her facility had mice) I stated that it would have been better to notify paying customers of this issue. She later told me that me and my puppy weren't welcomed back and proceeded to block my number. This sucked because I'm sure my puppy had a great time with the other dogs there and I wouldn't have had an issue if she would have made me aware of the mice infestation they had before I dropped my pup off. I would have looked elsewhere for boarding services.

We paid a small deposit for a chocolate lab, and were told the day to come pick him up (we had to wait about 3 weeks until he was old enough to leave mama). We emailed a few times for updates/pics, and we got immediate responses. They were very accommodating! We were in the area a couple of weeks before we were supposed to pick him up so we asked the breeder if we could meet the puppies just for fun. She was very accommodating! When we went to pick up our puppy, she had all the AKC paperwork in order and was wonderful and professional. The entire buying experience was very smooth! Judy is very nice and very professional. I just came back from the vet, and our vet said that all the vaccinations and her plan of treatment for our dog was perfect. On top of that, the puppy's nails had already been trimmed, and he had his dew claws removed when he was just a couple of days old. In terms of the puppy, we are amazed at how smart and intuitive he is! Apparently he is a classic chocolate lab. He loves to listen and perform, and he has picked up on potty training and retrieving items within days. He is now 9 weeks old, and he will ring the bell on the door to go out! This is a very smart, healthy, well bred puppy. I highly recommend this breeder!
