I shall 1st admit my mistakes. I have been very ill, overslept, phoned 45 min after appointment…read more Was chastised for 15 minutes even tho I offered to pay for missed appt. Had been going there almost a year every 2 months. Months later had marked my calendar wrong day, showed up, again offered to pay, no. After the extensive lecture, I asked to make another appointment she said I will groom her now. I left in tears, don't recall anyone treating me that way in my 66 years, but nothing could prepare me for the wrath that she took out on my tiny little dog. They know of the small benign growth on her back, and this time cut it. An accident, perhaps, until I saw that while cutting the hair on the dogs feet, she was cut in several places, then, one gouge beneath her eye. Dear God that is really sick vengeance. Why not just tell me not to come back. Living in a small town, I have since heard other stories of that place. I was tolerating the few times the place stunk of cat urine.

I am very disappointed with our experience. We brought our Pomeranian in for a groom and clearly…read moredid not ask for her to be shaved. Unfortunately, she was shaved down anyway. We took the time to explain what we wanted, but it felt like our requests were not listened to. A Pomeranian's coat is an important part of their health and appearance, so having it shaved without our approval was extremely upsetting. We expected better communication and for our instructions to be followed. Sadly, that was not our experience, and we won't be returning.

We took our senior dog here for grooming. It was the second time we took her there for grooming…read more Both times we were there, we immediately noted there to be an animal odor upon entering the business. There were 2 or 3 cats running loose and there was a large bird cage that needed cleaning. Both times we were not satisfied with the grooming our dog received. The grooming appeared choppy and uneven. We believe she was not bathed either time. The second time we were there, an employee was upset with us saying we were supposed to call before entering the building. We were told that it was for the safety of the customers and pets because they had problems with some aggressive animals. I cannot speak for the veterinarians, but Have heard they are good. We were very disappointed with grooming and the business in general. We will no longer be taking our dog there.

People who work here care for life and care for you and for those in real need…read more I was homeless living with my dog in my van, and they very kindly help me out by giving me good advice. Let me know they can put me on a waiting list to take my dog in but in the meantime, they gave me some food so I can get by with my dog and I'm so very thankful for that. I've been there before to look at animals and there's a lot of very nice people here who donate third time and I feel like these yelp ratings are not reflecting the five star establishment that I think this place is and the people that run it they're good people it's a good place. This is I think a great place to find a pet that's in need of a home so trust me trust them be open minded bring your best Attitude of gratitude, and forget about the rest.
