I shall 1st admit my mistakes. I have been very ill, overslept, phoned 45 min after appointment. Was chastised for 15 minutes even tho I offered to pay for missed appt. Had been going there almost a year every 2 months. Months later had marked my calendar wrong day, showed up, again offered to pay, no. After the extensive lecture, I asked to make another appointment she said I will groom her now. I left in tears, don't recall anyone treating me that way in my 66 years, but nothing could prepare me for the wrath that she took out on my tiny little dog. They know of the small benign growth on her back, and this time cut it. An accident, perhaps, until I saw that while cutting the hair on the dogs feet, she was cut in several places, then, one gouge beneath her eye. Dear God that is really sick vengeance. Why not just tell me not to come back. Living in a small town, I have since heard other stories of that place. I was tolerating the few times the place stunk of cat urine. read more
