The only nail place that was open in my area at 7p on a Saturday night. The prices are reasonable: $10 mani, $20 pedi, $7 brow waxes. I got all 3. The people are nice. I liked my brow waxing but mani-pedi wasn't awesome. The lady I had was a little rough with my toe and nail cuticles. My toes bled a little. They didn't use a base coat on toes or hands, considering I had dark red polish on both. I barely got a top coat on my toes. My nails were done decent in my opinion. It could be that I was the last person and they were in a rush to get home? If you're looking for a quick and cheap place, this is good. I try to give small business the benefit of the doubt and go back at least 2 times before I write a review but Wow! This place is horrible. The Cambodian workers their are so unprofessional. No one was in the shop meaning no other customers so I thought great, we can be in and out in under an hour. A lady does my nieces nails. Ok then a lady takes me and does my nails. I sit my butt on the seat and a girl comes in and wants her brows done. The guy points to the lady doing nails and tells me to wait only a few minutes she'll be back...then Three customers come in wants their brows waxed too. He points to go to the back and she takes them. Leaving me waiting 35 minutes. By the time we were done it was two hrs later. 2.I was annoyed but went back again Friday. I got another girl to do my nails. It was all good til she cut more skin off my finger. Now it's swollen for three days! pretty good but not too impressed, i went in to get my acrylic nails taken off and a new set with square shape. i was seated right away as a walk in and my nail tech was nice but, he RIPPED off my nails! he didn't soak them or anything he just put another nail under and lifted them which hurt so bad, and he basically ripped one of my nails off, it's the next day and i can't touch that finger with out being in a lot of pain.as for hygiene it was not very clean, he didn't use a clean nail file, and he also didn't do a great job shaping the nails, also when he applied the acrylic he didn't cover my whole nail bed so some parts of my nails you can see. Overall not to bad but i wish he had just cleaned them up a bit better. Love the polish they were very cheap though, for a new full set, long and with gel was only 32. read more

I've gone here a few times for my nails and they're always super rough with my hands and nails. I always get coffin shaped nails and they make them super thin and my nails break. They put too much acrylic on and it burns, I said something to the guy and he completely ignored me and kept going, it hurt a lot so I pulled my hand back and he said to stop moving. The same thing happened to my cousin except the lady that was doing her nails cut her skin and made her bleed. When they get busy, they have workers just sitting there on their phones or even napping on the pedicure chairs, which to me is unprofessional. I also found out that they aren't as clean as they should be and that is another reason I don't go there anymore. read more

Second, I asked for something specific and the lady just didn't want to do it so I showed her a picture and she just didn't think it would look good and didn't do it after the 3rd time I asked. The Nail Tech I had was extremely nice and friendly and she did an amazing job she paid attention to every detail doing a perfect job. I scheduled an appointment for 3, I got there and told the lady I needed to be done by 4. I've been getting my nail done very two weeks for the last two years and I usually go to Gloss Nails in Bedford and they are amazing; but I recently moved to concord and didn't want to make a 45 minute drive. So I requested her do a dip fill; I sat down picked my color and she went to go find it- they didn't have it, I picked 3 other colors THREE, they didn't have any of them. So I picked a basic purple, I informed her my nails are naturally long but I've broke a few and had tips put on. She then told me it is $5 PER TIP. WTF. Then said if it's too expensive she can cut all my nails to match, I said no and told her I would pay it... she started putting them on and they were too wide and one wasn't glued on completely and was hanging off. I said something and she said she would file it when she put the color on. She wasn't very far into the process and the phone rang she got up answers it and was gone 10 minutes, It's 3:45 at this point. She didn't finish my nails until 4:25...I was late for an event with my friends and I was very displeased with the service. My nails look like garbage, the lengths do not match, the texture is bumpy, and the colors are cloudy. Do not go here. I will never go back. read more

I've been a loyal customer since 2011 until the other day. I came in for a polish change. They were super busy and said it was going to be a 30 minute wait for just a polish change. I said I'd go somewhere else because I had a wedding and was in a hurry. I intended on coming back for my next fill until I was at another salon getting my polish changed when another lady came in that was just at Foxys, apparently they messed up her nails completely and she needed them fixed. Well she said she just saw me and what had happened. She then proceeded to tell me how the owner was talking shit about how I wouldn't wait. I've witnessed him do this to multiple customers. Needless to say I will not be giving my money and supporting a business that talks shit about me because I won't wait 30 minutes for a 10 minute service.
