They were horrible rushing customers even thou the job was unfinished, and my wife gave the nail tech 3 options, whatever was easier to copy. Instead, the nail tech rushed us as paying customers and not knowing I speak their native language (khmer), the nail tech swore at my wife. Whom is chinese. That was unforgivable. She didn't even complain about how he cut her finger under the nail. Very disrespectful. They made fun and talked about all their customers. This was our 3rd visit. We only went to them because our fist pick nail store was full. read more

The only nail place that was open in my area at 7p on a Saturday night. The prices are reasonable: $10 mani, $20 pedi, $7 brow waxes. I got all 3. The people are nice. I liked my brow waxing but mani-pedi wasn't awesome. The lady I had was a little rough with my toe and nail cuticles. My toes bled a little. They didn't use a base coat on toes or hands, considering I had dark red polish on both. I barely got a top coat on my toes. My nails were done decent in my opinion. It could be that I was the last person and they were in a rush to get home? If you're looking for a quick and cheap place, this is good. However, I probably will return to my usual nail salon. read more

I try to give small business the benefit of the doubt and go back at least 2 times before I write a review but Wow! This place is horrible. The Cambodian workers their are so unprofessional. And yes everyone has heard about people being unprofessional but these people do give a crap how they look or customers! This nail salon is a joke. The workers DO NOT care about how the quality of work they are doing or even when customers get upset. 1. I went there with my niece to do our nails. No one was in the shop meaning no other customers so I thought great, we can be in and out in under an hour. A lady does my nieces nails. Ok then a lady takes me and does my nails. I sit my butt on the seat and a girl comes in and wants her brows done. The guy points to the lady doing nails and tells me to wait only a few minutes she'll be back...then Three customers come in wants their brows waxed too. He points to go to the back and she takes them. Leaving me waiting 35 minutes. By the time we were done it was two hrs later. 2.I was annoyed but went back again Friday. I got another girl to do my nails. It was all good til she cut more skin off my finger. Now it's swollen for three days! Each time I went I still gave a good tip cuz again "benefit of the doubt" but Never again !!The price sounds good 20 bucks to do ur nails but it's not worth it! Below is my finger swollen. Hope u get the picture! read more

FILTHY. There's a coating of dust on everything. Nothing was sanitized. Flies were buzzing around the salon. A ROACH CRAWLED ACROSS THE SEAT NEXT TO ME. I let the manicurist know and she just said " oh. " To top it all off, she did a terrible job on my nails. I don't know why I didn't just walk out when I saw the state of the place. read more

Foxy Nails & Waxing - there's literally trash laying around - Nail Salons Near Me - Lowell, Massachusetts

This salon is extremely unprofessional and not to mention transphobic. They will gossip about long term customers to others, which have included outing a trans person. Not only is that extremely unprofessional, you're putting peoples lives at risk by outing them. Rather than talking about your curiosity to everyone, you could have a meaningful conversation with your clients and learn some empathy. 0 stars. read more

pretty good but not too impressed, i went in to get my acrylic nails taken off and a new set with square shape. i was seated right away as a walk in and my nail tech was nice but, he RIPPED off my nails! he didn't soak them or anything he just put another nail under and lifted them which hurt so bad, and he basically ripped one of my nails off, it's the next day and i can't touch that finger with out being in a lot of pain.as for hygiene it was not very clean, he didn't use a clean nail file, and he also didn't do a great job shaping the nails, also when he applied the acrylic he didn't cover my whole nail bed so some parts of my nails you can see. Overall not to bad but i wish he had just cleaned them up a bit better. Love the polish they were very cheap though, for a new full set, long and with gel was only 32. read more

I've gone here a few times for my nails and they're always super rough with my hands and nails. I always get coffin shaped nails and they make them super thin and my nails break. They put too much acrylic on and it burns, I said something to the guy and he completely ignored me and kept going, it hurt a lot so I pulled my hand back and he said to stop moving. The same thing happened to my cousin except the lady that was doing her nails cut her skin and made her bleed. When they get busy, they have workers just sitting there on their phones or even napping on the pedicure chairs, which to me is unprofessional. I also found out that they aren't as clean as they should be and that is another reason I don't go there anymore. read more

They waxed the eye brows too thin after telling I just wanted a clean up, on top of that they were unsanitary*the same girl that was doing someones pedi got up and did my brows* my service felt rushed. I don't recommend this spot. read more

If I could rate negative stars I would. They didn't talk to me, the swatted my hands away instead of telling me where to place them. They over charged me, and they left nail polish all over my hands. First of all, there's that extra $2 fee when using your card, they only tell you that at the end. Second, I asked for something specific and the lady just didn't want to do it so I showed her a picture and she just didn't think it would look good and didn't do it after the 3rd time I asked. I, YOUR CLIENT, THE ONE PAYING YOU to do this, want it MY way, I don't really care if you don't like it. Third, when it was time for the pedi, she got up a few times to take care of several other customers... away doing eyebrows and stache... how am I going to give you a good tip if you're clearly not interested in finishing up with me lol mind you I did not like the work done but at least it was done you know? It just added yo for me, I'm not going back especially after being pressured to give a good tip. Trust me I'll give a good tip when I'm not being ignored .. read more

I scheduled an appointment for 3, I got there and told the lady I needed to be done by 4. I've been getting my nail done very two weeks for the last two years and I usually go to Gloss Nails in Bedford and they are amazing; but I recently moved to concord and didn't want to make a 45 minute drive. So I requested her do a dip fill; I sat down picked my color and she went to go find it- they didn't have it, I picked 3 other colors THREE, they didn't have any of them. So I picked a basic purple, I informed her my nails are naturally long but I've broke a few and had tips put on. She then told me it is $5 PER TIP. WTF. Then said if it's too expensive she can cut all my nails to match, I said no and told her I would pay it... she started putting them on and they were too wide and one wasn't glued on completely and was hanging off. I said something and she said she would file it when she put the color on. She wasn't very far into the process and the phone rang she got up answers it and was gone 10 minutes, It's 3:45 at this point. She didn't finish my nails until 4:25...I was late for an event with my friends and I was very displeased with the service. My nails look like garbage, the lengths do not match, the texture is bumpy, and the colors are cloudy. Do not go here. I will never go back. read more

These people are very disrespectful. I went in to get a full set with my niece and my niece kept shanking her leg and bumping the table a little bit. The man got mad and started screaming at the child (my niece) Once she stopped she bumped the table again by accident but the man didn't care he proceeded to tell her to get out she refused of course, another lady told the man to stop being so disrespectful because my niece is just a child he then said " Mind your business i am talking to her not you. He then kicked me and my niece out of the salon when we were leaving he said " FUCK YOU" to my niece and I , also they definitely don't know what they are doing at all. read more

The worst place. Made an apt and sat there for an hour after my apt was supposed to be. If I did not need them done so bad I would've walked right out. I asked the owner how much longer it would be and he said "we're busy sorry come back tomorrow if you don't want to wait." Rude and not to mention the place is disgusting. Never again will I be going back there read more

Filthy dirty and they treat their customers like an assembly line and shout out like you are at at the deli counter... my pedi was done so fast and the polish looks like an 8 year old did it...the skin on my feet are still dry and the owner said its cuz they use cheap lotion to keep the prices low? I asked her to fix one toe the nail polish was so bad it had all settled in the cuticle.... and she was about to repaint with no clear base coat! .. just that experience awful all around. Then the wait to get my nails done, forget it!!! I was told 3 girls were ahead of me when I got there then again 2 hours later... it was just a friggin mess. Then the girl I wanted to see whom did an aquaintences nails- passed me off to the owner... who was beyond rude. I was so livid by that point I'm surprised I didn't have an aneurysm, I should have walked out. Anyway... I wanted coffin... they turned out too long, too wide but are flat- no nice arch... terrible, one of the worst experiences ever!! I am surprised the board of health hasn't shut it down? Now I feel imprisoned by these things.... so now I'm going to have to find another place to get them fixed. So disappointed. read more

I've been a loyal customer since 2011 until the other day. I came in for a polish change. They were super busy and said it was going to be a 30 minute wait for just a polish change. I said I'd go somewhere else because I had a wedding and was in a hurry. I intended on coming back for my next fill until I was at another salon getting my polish changed when another lady came in that was just at Foxys, apparently they messed up her nails completely and she needed them fixed. Well she said she just saw me and what had happened. She then proceeded to tell me how the owner was talking shit about how I wouldn't wait. I've witnessed him do this to multiple customers. Needless to say I will not be giving my money and supporting a business that talks shit about me because I won't wait 30 minutes for a 10 minute service. Not to mention the place is always filthy, they always cut or scrap my cuticles. It's best we part ways. read more
