Service: I am a regular, I try to come as many times as I can for a fresh set. This is the only place I go to get my nails done. I usually get them done by Boo, Mr.Lee, or Linda and I've loved every set. Everyone is pretty welcoming and nice the minute you walk in. What they offer: So they have a variety of options for your nails, they have gel, SNS, acrylic, awesome glitters, holo, and much more. Prices: The prices are common from other nail spas, I'm not gonna give each price for different nail set due to the fact I don't remember that well and I don't want to give false info. But they do have fair pricing and its definitely not extremely expensive. Overall I give them four stars for always leaving me satisfied with an awesome set. I highly recommend. read more

Never again. For the hour and 40 minutes that I was in there, I received attitude from the worker the entire time. (The older lady with brown & gray hair, and glasses.) I asked for straight, square, natural nails. I came out with flared, wide, tacky, uneven nails and a cut. I had to keep asking her to fix certain things like it being crooked, or where she neglected to put acrylic and she would reply "you don't want them? I can take them off". I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS b Well...... I went in this morning around 11 to get a SNS with my sister. We where both seated and everything was going fine but the lady doing my nails never came back............. I was literally ignored for a hour and 30 minutes. No one asked if I needed help or checked on me, my sisters nails looked beautiful...... but mine are horrible. I am beyond words I have never been treated like that in my life it was horrible, they were not busy no one told us it would be a wait, the woman who was supposed to be doing my nails went to do a pedicure for a women who came in after me!!!!!!! I had a event to go to this evening, I really needed my nails done and my eyebrows waxed but of course that didn't happen. Wow. Literally the worst nail salon I've been to in my life. I spent $66 on a gel manicure and REGULAR pedicure, 3 hours did I add, for a disaster they call a "job". I hated my nails so much that I requested a refund and they offered me $10 in return and told me there was NOTHING wrong with my nails, and that my fingernails are just lumpy. Whoops, did I add that my gel polish is peeling off my toes, as we speak. Polish on my nails, crooked lines, lint in my polish... the list goes on honey. My 8 year old cousin does nails better than this and the customer service was terrible. The lady made my toes bleed from the cuticle cutter. First and last time ever going here. I was in the market for a new nail tech. Came here cause I thought the prices were good. I end up coming in the shop at 2pm and not leaving until 5pm. Walked in lady in the front said 20 mins. It's was around 45 mins for them to seat me and another 20 or so mins before they started on my nails. As I was sitting the lady said it's not a good idea to come on Sunday's we only have two ppl doing nails. They had a new person painting my nails and he had no ideas what he was doing. They had to take off the color, file and put a new color own. Advised the boss of this experience and nothing was done. I literally had to sit here and argue for a discount. I just witnessed the manager physically assault a young lady after she requested her nails get fixed. From what I understand she came in les than a week before and 5 of her nails have completely fallen off. She requested them to fix the broken nails but was told they have a two day policy which is completely ridiculous on its own. After the customer rightfully got upset the manger then wrapped his hands around the young woman's neck. COMPLETY unacceptable. read more

I stumbled this nail salon by accident. The nail salon I usually go to get my waxing is closed due to remodle. Usually I don't trust people to do my eyebrows because usually they do a skinny eyebrows. Tina who works here did my eyebrow perfectly and it didn't hurt. If you need waxing done please ask for Tina. I did have to wait about half an hour for my pedicure, but it was very busy so I understood, I wasn't in a hurry, and was happy to sit in the massage chair for that much longer! Ive been here on several occasions. The first 3 times the wait wasnt too long even though it seemed every chair was full. They really took their time which is a major thing with me. I get pedicures every time and they have so many options which I can appreciate. They have plenty of gel options. They have a very clean salon which should be priority. It is a little smaller than other salons Ive been to but that's not a big deal. Prices arent bad but I don't get false nails so I cant comment on that. I have been to Foxy Nails and Spa twice and both experiences were horrible. The first time I went there I had to wait for 45 minutes before I was seen. A week later, my nails were lifting up. The second time I went there, the wife of the owner made me bleed around my nail and act like it was not a problem. I had to ask her to put antiseptic on my nail and she continued to rush to do my nails. Then there were some payment issues. I think I paid more than what I asked for. I wanted a simple service and it turned to be more than what I expected. All I wanted was a fill-in with gel polish and I paid more than the amount of a full-set. I was never asked details, she just did it and had to redo polish because I told her I wanted color, but she decided to put clear polish on my nails. I was not at ease with what happened, so I called the owner of the shop to file a complaint and the end result was that he needed to get off the phone because a customer is trying to pay with a credit card and I was holding up the phone line. Foxy Nails and Spa provided very poor service and I will not be returning. I spoke to a nurse friend and she told me to watch out for my finger and hopefully I do not get Hepatitis because of the poor quality of care. Others may had better experiences because they dwelt with a few of their great employees, but I dwelt with both owners. And you expect the owners to be on point...NOT! I am new to the shop, so I did not know who to go to, but I was told it was a great shop. read more

I'm not sure what happened to this place. I read a lot of good reviews from prior years but a lot of negative reviews more recently. Today I was told that I would be seen by the nail tech I came to see in 30 minutes. That 30 minutes was literally 2hours and five minutes. Some confusion as to who was doing my nails was the issue. I asked to talk to Mr. Lee once he was done with his client. He said ok. Once he was done with his client he never came over to talked to me. He actually didn't even look my way for the rest of the service. The lack of customer service is what really fustrates me.This is the community you serve, at the very least Mr. Lee should have tried to find resolve and show empathy for their lack of management. An over two hour wait due to an internal miscommunication is not acceptable and not trying to find some resolve is even worst! Please beware. Linda is my girl! I come here all the time and I won't see anyone else. Not saying that everyone else is bad, its just that why ruin a good thing? LOL, they have a lot of frequent customers, you can tell because most of them know everyone by name! I think that is great! Linda takes her time and I love that, very precise and pays close attention to detail. She talks to me during the entire service and I actually get kind of sad when it is time to go because she is so sweet and funny.
