The pizza is always good, I've been going here since a child with my family. Recently though I've been hearing a few things about the restaurant, like the manager not washing her hands before preparing food, coughing on food, and even picking at her face and continuing to prepare the food. Anytime I've ever been in the pizza place it's been clean and tidy but I will say that occasionally the person taking your order isn't the friendliest, but that just been a few times. I'd definitely say go here if your looking for good pizza, but watch who's preparing your food if the rumors are true. read more

I have long wanted to go to a Fox's, since I've had VW Foxes. I need to park one in front of their sign for a photo op someday. Not this time- we just had it delivered- but I'm glad I tried it. We were staying in Amish country, and things close early on Saturday (and are often closed Sunday.) We had a late lunch so needed a late dinner, and didn't want to head back out. Thankfully, a couple of pizza places in Millersburg deliver out into the wilds. We just had a large pepperoni, thin crust, well done. Phone service was great, and delivery was on time with a hot pie, right to our room. The pizza wasn't gourmet, but it was a solid simple pizza: good crust, cooked just right, good cheese, good sauce with a little kick, good toppings. Price was reasonable considering the situation. We had some left for the morning. I will definitely be back to a Fox's somewhere, for pizza and pix. read more

Hidden gem! We come to Amish country regularly for the furniture shows and while we love the Amish cooking, sometimes it's just too heavy for a quick lunch. The town doesn't have much besides the typical fast-food chains, but this place was a GEM! So good and super reasonably priced. We got a "small" pasta as big as my head, a 9" pizza, and boneless wings, plus 2 drinks for just over $20. And it looks like they have excellent lunch deals on pizzas and hoagies from 11 - 3! The staff was helpful but not overly nosy which was excellent, and they used fresh - like, super awesomely fresh - ingredients. We've added this to the places we will definitely be coming back to next time we're in town! read more

We was visiting amish country from Indiana. We stopped at Fox's pizza Den. The pizza was great and we got an order of pizza rolls, those were awesome also! We was the only customers dining in at that time but there was a lot of pizza pick ups. The guy who took our order and brought it out to us was very kind! Maybe it's the area and limited choices, but the food at best was Ok. Pizza tasted like a frozen pizza, top layer of cheese was melted but underneath it was not. Crust was cooked but the dough towards the center was raw. Ate some of one piece and threw it out. The Italian sub was ok. Lots of toppings, again cheese was barley melted and bread was soggy and barely toasted ( we did pick up, so maybe the five min drive back was to blame for the dressing soaking the bread). Took the toppings off and threw the bread away. Maybe it was an off night, but based on the taste of the food, three stars is almost generous. read more

Ordered online got there 40 minutes later to pick it up and they said they had a system issue and didn't get my order. Did they offer to make it NO did she have my ticket in her hand to know exactly how much money to give me for my order YES. Did they apologize and offer anything NO not even to make the order I had paid for! Just handed me my money back. Nice customer service. read more

We chose this place because of decent ratings and we could grab a quick, late dinner as most places in the area were closing. We ordered a stromboli and wings. We took It back to where we were staying. The Stromboli was really good but the wings were inedible. They are hard to explain- they were mushy, and the flavor was off. My husband took bites out of a few of them hoping it was a fluke but we ended up tossing them. The stromboli was very good though, and we saved leftovers for the next day. I called the store to ask for a refund on the wings. The gentleman who answered the phone was as kind as could be, and really listened to my issue. I heard him tell one or two other people what was happening and he definitely understood the situation, and passed on the information very respectfully. Asking for a refund is never fun but he was so kind about it. He passed me on to a "higher manager" who turned out to be a lady with a much different attitude about the situation. She argued with me about whether or not we deserved a "discount". She told me multiple times she was "flabbergasted". She said that a sit-down restaurant would never let someone return a dish and I said that, in fact, they absolutely do exactly that. She argued with me for about ten minutes. My experience had turned so dramatically at this point that I was out of patience and I finally told her that I, myself, was flabbergasted at the way the conversation was going. I was shocked at how argumentative she was. She finally agreed to a refund and we have already seen it come through. We would have returned for the stromboli but the fact that we were treated this way by a manager has completely turned us off to this place. We will not return or recommend it. Customer service is the most important quality for a business in my book. We all make mistakes and the best we can do is own them. read more

In town for a long weekend in Amish country. First day here and wanted something quick and easy. Got a medium pie and garlic parm wings. Food was ready on time and hot. Sadly had to drive 15 minutes back to our cabin to eat but the smell on the way home was enough. Food was very good. Thinner crust than Cleveland style (there is such a thing) but good. Wish I would have had a slice and a wing on the way home. 4 stars simply because there is better pizza out there but still very good. Also had a drive up wind to pick up due to COVID. read more

Great pizza! They have pizzas bigger than the trunk of your car! You can eat a giant pizza breadsticks and a 2-liter for $20. In one night they sold 20 of those biggest pizzas, "The Big One." It's$39. We had "The Big Daddy", it lasted us two days. They serve gourmet pizzas, salads, appetizers, pasta and stromboli. They even have a little ice cream shop inside with plenty of seating for patrons. The people were very nice and it didn't take longer than average to get the pizza. The crust is thick and crisp. There's a really good amount of topping and sauce. Too bad I can't visit more often. read more

We stayed at a local hotel and just wasn't in the mood for Amish food. We tried the Taco Pizza with a side of Jalapeño poppers. The taco pizza was amazing! Crunchy crust with a chewy warm center, meaty and delicious! We also appreciate the baked vs. fried poppers because they were fresh and not greasy. Delivery was also fast and friendly. I LOVE foxes. This place has awesome pizza, it's better than Pizza Hut because it doesn't have puddles of grease, and their pizza has more flavor than east of Chicago. If you're looking to get pizza, you can't go wrong with foxes. Love this place. read more

I've loved foxes for 6 years but the last few months it's really gone down hill. :( orders are messed up frequently and the quality just isn't as good as it used to be. When you call to tell them they just blame it on having new people in training. Sadly I will have to find a new pizza place read more

Stayed just outside millersburg and Berlin ohio and had food delivered for the kids and us and it was quick delivery and delicious pizza and cheese bread I would highly recommend it read more
