Horrible customer service, even with the new management. Made the wrong wedgie and said they weren't allowed to replace it with the correct one?! Seriously?! When asked to speak to a manager, they said he wasn't there, didn't know when he'd be in, and weren't allowed to give out his name or number! Never again!! I wish I didn't love their cardboard crust, because as you can see from other reviews, it's not worth it! They have similar reviews on their fb page, about not being allowed to fix messed up orders. Called and ordered at 4:48PM, they told us it would be 1 hour & 15 minutes. 2 hours later our pizza and wedgie showed up, and to no ones surprise the pizza and wedgie were room temperature at best. The delivery driver drove and parked almost half way into our front yard. Our total was $33 and some chance, we asked for $4 back, and the driver gave us $3. The food wasn't terrible, but with this experience it wasn't mind blowing enough to make anything any better. read more

Ordered the 16cut square for delivery tonight and it was delicious! We aren't able to drive at this time and we're very pleased with the delivery. it arrived quickly and the delivery man very polite. Fox's is never really my first choice for pizza. But this one is just worse than all the others. We've tried it several times, hoping that it would get better. It didn't. The bottom of the pizza has been the same level of burnt every time. Also, why do they not deliver?! This is the only location I've ever known to not deliver. read more

First, I did a review on this place, and its gone, WTF??? Second, this place is overpriced bad pizza on steroids, meaning, its a pumped up price for what you get. And that is, pre made crust, a lack of sauce, and imitation cheese product topping. And its about double cost of driving out to LC, and getting a better pizza pizza, for 5 bucks. And worse, they took out the real pizza oven, and put in a rolling one, which, never has quite the same smoky taste that a well coated and seasoned stone base gives pizza in a traditional style oven. I personally think the food is great here. It is just as good if not better than any of the other Foxs Pizza Den locations.

Two stars because the pizza quality was horrible every time. Dough tasted like it was stale, the pineapple was actually bad. I ended up with food poisoning from bad fruit. The manager is very understanding though. Gave me a replacement pizza which was really nice even though i really didn't want it. read more
