I did inquire about getting my car detailed - because it is disgusting from all the snow and salt this winter - but they said they would have to send it out to be detailed. I was a little disappointed to hear that but hey, you can't have everything. The service guys here are very nice and haven't tried to sell me unnecessary service... I know what my car usually needs because my dad owns his own car repair shop, but unfortunately I don't live near it anymore. I have not bought a used car from Dalzell Brothers, so I cannot speak to the quality of their sales staff, but looking around the lot they do have some pretty nice looking Volvos. They do have a waiting area with a TV and free wi-fi... Yay! But they don't have free coffee like the dealership... But if that's what it takes to keep my costs low then that's fine with me!
