There was a LOT of accumulated moss/algae, as well as normal dirt, leaves, branches from years of inattention. In talking with Peter, before the job started, it was obvious how detail oriented, customer focused, and committed he was. Very responsive, transparent, positive. His price was extremely reasonable, and provided discounted bundle options like gutter cleaning, solar panel cleaning, and window cleaning to create a full service package. We really needed these in addition to the roof cleaning, so this bundled package was great. Peter explained the process, set expectations realistically from a time and results standpoint, and asked several times if I had questions. In assessing the roof upon arrival, the job turned out to be much more time consuming than expected, yet Peter's attitude to taking on the job and doing a great job was so positive. Peter and his team member had to come back a second day to finish - they really took their time and were focused on doing the best possible job.
