Cherrie and Martha took good care of my scheduling and were flexible when I needed certain appointment times or to reschedule. Izzy the laser technician treated me for 6 hair removal sessions and a touch up. She was precise, detailed and efficient, never spending more than 30 minutes in an appointment but never leaving any area unaddressed or untreated. She always asked me to let her know if certain laser settings are too painful. She would increase the frequency with each visit to a tolerable extent which led to lasting hair removal. I felt comfortable having her work on all the sensitive areas. I barely have any hair growth in the treated area to this day! Unfortunately, the physicians may have great reviews but their unprofessional, ill mannered, rude individual who answered the phone turned me off to make an appointment. First, she could not hear me when I asked her a question, then was frustrated when I asked questions about the appointments and then she lied when I asked her what are the hours of operation: she stated 9am-5pm Mon-Thurs but when I went on Google it states they are also open Fri 9-5 and Sat 9-1. Sam is amazing and she gave me an incredible hydra facial. The front desk needs to be more attentive and respectful of new clients time. No questions if I wanted a follow up appointment, the lady that checked me off looks like she doesn't enjoy working there, really bad energy for working at a spa. Also didn't schedule enough time for all the services I needed even though I was clear I needed services. They even told me initially we will schedule enough time. I was a scolotherapy patient at the Hollywood location. Marlo took care of the injection series & everything went well. I was then solicited a facial treatment which I purchased for $250., however, I'd mentioned while purchasing over the phone that I wanted the option to upgrade to "Picoway" and that the technician should call me to discuss. I attempted to schedule a Picoway five times but after I paid there was no response or follow-up. Thereafter, I had some health issues which caused a large delay in my calling AGAIN until recently after replying to an email solicited by same company. Mind you, I never received an email or hard copy of my receipt for payment. Neither, nor a statement of any kind... remember, this is a Dr. Office, NOT a med-spa... when I contacted to schedule this new facial treatment I was told only 50% of my $250. would be applicable. I asked why and was not given a valid reason. I started going there for picoway and now use vivace regularly and I see a tremendous improvement in my skin. Dr. Fox has the best lasers and equipment. Room for improvement. First impressions count. Customer service lacking. The person at the desk, Kathy, did not greet anyone while I was there. After standing there awhile she pointed to the clipboard. No instructions. Same thing with the next customer. I would say patients as this is a medical office But that tends to imply a level of professionalism which unfortunately was not especially apparent. The lady who did the sclerotherapy on me did not introduce herself which would tend to make one feel more comfortable and more personal, so I asked her her name and introduced myself. I may be wrong but I find this to be just a basic courtesy in doing business with people especially when they're going to be performing a procedure. The rest of the appointment which entailed the actual procedure was good. Marlo, the nurse seemed to be capable and conscientious. I went back to Dr. Fox's office for picoway laser and vivace rf microneedling on my c-section scar. I am only one treatment in for each (out of 3 total planned of each) and I already see remarkable improvement. Bonnie on her staff is wonderful and while I am usually a big wimp, she was nice and funny enough to keep me entertained throughout the whole process- I didn't even have to use numbing cream. Please don't use Dr. Susan Fox for vein treatments. She has an inexperienced nurse doing her vein procedures for her, while she does procedures that are more lucrative to the doctor. Also if one complains about one's dissatisfaction with her services then Dr. Fox becomes condescending bragging she is board certified (in obnoxiousness in my opinion). The only reason I give her one star is because I am not able to rate her Zero. read more
