Cherrie and Martha took good care of my scheduling and were flexible when I needed certain appointment times or to reschedule. Izzy the laser technician treated me for 6 hair removal sessions and a touch up. She was precise, detailed and efficient, never spending more than 30 minutes in an appointment but never leaving any area unaddressed or untreated. She always asked me to let her know if certain laser settings are too painful. She would increase the frequency with each visit to a tolerable extent which led to lasting hair removal. I felt comfortable having her work on all the sensitive areas. I barely have any hair growth in the treated area to this day! If you need vein/artery treatment or any laser treatment, these are the people to go to. They know what they're doing. You will be glad to see them!

I had to hide out for about ten days and the first few days I was itchy, but no pain or true discomfort. I took Benadryl for a week and that helped with everything!!! He didn't advise as a Dermatologist that it wasn't a good idea. He removed it and the biopsy said that it was better to remove the areas around it so they had to take more skin. So I made the appointment with Dr. Studnik to do that. The day of my appointment he was busy with other patients in the office so he sent his daughter, who he has as his nurse practitioner to do the procedure. She did a terrible job when she wasn't even supposed to do it. The Dr. didn't care. I remember after all that that years before some other professional advised me not to touch that mole due to the shape of it. Better to leave it alone but Dr. Studnik just thought about making extra money by extracting something that it shouldn't have been touch according to the specialists. Then I asked for all my medical records and since that day they started to send me extra charges every month. Even from a consultation's co-pay that I paid in cash. They stole the money and wanted to charge me for it again. I called the billing Dept. and I was dealing with them for almost a year. They would never call me back or try to help me fix the issue. The different receptions at the Billing Dept. that I've got during all my calls where very nice taking my information and telling me that somebody of them was going to call me back. Only one time some "supervisor" called me to let me know they were revising my account and he was going to call me in a few days. He never did. I called my self many times after. I asked for that Jason "supervisor" or any other person from the management team in the Billing Dept. and nobody ever called me back! It was so time consuming and exhausting that I ended up paying on line what they wanted. My other option was just to hire a lawyer but I couldn't afford that. Horrible and terrible experience with the whole practice.
