Cherrie and Martha took good care of my scheduling and were flexible when I needed certain appointment times or to reschedule. Izzy the laser technician treated me for 6 hair removal sessions and a touch up. She was precise, detailed and efficient, never spending more than 30 minutes in an appointment but never leaving any area unaddressed or untreated. She always asked me to let her know if certain laser settings are too painful. She would increase the frequency with each visit to a tolerable extent which led to lasting hair removal. I felt comfortable having her work on all the sensitive areas. I barely have any hair growth in the treated area to this day! So I took my business elsewhere. I'm convinced that it was meant to be because I ended up coming to Double Cross and Izzy is so talented and easy to talk to. You pay separately for the piercing and the jewelry. It's in a strip plaza next to a bakery. There is a semi private room in the back where the piercings are done. It takes about 20 minutes for her to set up for the procedure but once you're in the room it takes no more than 10 minutes. She made sure I was comfortable by doing a couple of deep breathing exercises before she pierced my nose. She really understands that it can be nerve racking. Wow did that feel great! My face felt tingly and very clean after my facial. She also applied some hyaluronic lip gloss to my lips when she was done. My lips are normally dry and I'm constantly putting on Chapstick. The lip gloss lasted for about 2 hours! It was so relaxing that I wanted to go home and take a nap after, lol.
