I really wanted to love this place, especially with its claim of being the "world's biggest." While…read moreit's certainly packed with an incredible array of items, that density actually makes for a frustrating shopping experience. The aisles are so crammed that it's impossible to navigate with a shopping cart, which really limits your ability to browse and buy. It's a shame because there were genuinely interesting items, from high-priced antiques to thrift-store finds, but the difficulty in moving around made it hard to truly appreciate them. After driving over an hour and 15 minutes to get there, leaving empty-handed was quite a letdown. While I appreciate that they at least had a bathroom, which allowed me to stay as long as I did, the overall hassle overshadowed any enjoyment. I'm not sure if I'll make the trek again for a second chance. I had high hopes, but ultimately, this place just didn't live up to them. Still worth a try. I did find that the employees just sat around on their phones so I couldn't get a feel of who they are. One actually scolded me for trying to pick up and item

There's a large selection of books, most 3.00 and under, mass market paperbacks 50 cents, and periodically there are good old ones from the 50s or 60s. Some items are cheap. Some are costly. They also sell the very high priced stuff online, but there's still plenty of great stuff in the store itself. The bathrooms are old but super clean and not creepy like in some places. There are real antiques, beautiful furniture, art works, plastic storage tubs, all kinds of glassware, figurines, etc. Don't listen to the complainers. I go whenever I can and almost always find something I want.

First off, the service here was genuinely excellent. The store was well-stocked, organized, and…read moreeasy to browse, but what really stood out to me was how kind and helpful the employees were. Good customer service is hard to find these days, and the staff here honestly made me smile. I accidentally forgot my wallet in the car, and the young lady at the register was very understanding and let me run out to grab it without any issue. There was no line at the time, but still -- that level of patience and kindness says a lot. What impressed me even more was that she went back out to the sales floor to retrieve an item I hadn't purchased yet because we thought it wasn't working. She tested it again, found that the cord actually did work, and saved me from buying something defective. That may have only been a $10 item, but she absolutely saved the day for me. Overall, a really positive experience with genuinely caring employees. I'll definitely be back.

The planter was exactly what I was looking for and the cup is perfect for my collection. Cashier was nice and I paid with cash and she had change! I feel like most places these days do not have exact change. They also accepted card and Apple Pay. Would definitely go back!

This store is always filled with good finds, especially if you're able to find a "color special"…read moreitem. They rotate colors and whichever color is on special is a percentage off. For example, "White tags are 25% off today." I've always seen 25% off, but I don't know for sure if they change the percentage. The selling process is typical frustrating. Having worked in a resale bookstore I understand the used buying process and always assume I'll receive little to no money for my items. Today, I sold 7 items: wall decor film slate, two paintings (unknown artist), two Chinese hanging lanterns (new with tag), one Harley Davidson metal plate wall decor, one large table cloth (new with tag). I received $5.50. There is a Good Will 5 minutes away on Aurora Ave and Foothill Drive. The items New Uses does not purchase I drop off for donation right around the corner, which is convenient. Overall, it's a good resale shop where hidden treasures can be found. It is definitely worth checking out if you're in the area. My recommendation for management is to advertise tags in advance. Today, I saw many green tagged items I liked. If I knew when green tags would be on sale/special, I would come back the day of the green tag discount.

Their prices used to be quite good but they continue to go up so it's give-and-take. My most recent…read morefrustration had been when purchasing a wood finished item. Thet always stick their price tags right in the middle of items. I mentioned to the sales person that it would be great if they could put their price not in the middle of a table, but someplace less damaging. She went onto basically tell me it was my fault because of how I probably took my sticker off (note you can see items in their store where they have changed a sticker, and you can see it has taken off the finish). And I said that I was just trying to be helpful, to which they replied that it is how the boss wants it and they listen to their boss not to a customer. So unnecessarily rude. I truly was trying to give constructive feedback.
