There's a large selection of books, most 3.00 and under, mass market paperbacks 50 cents, and periodically there are good old ones from the 50s or 60s. Some items are cheap. Some are costly. They also sell the very high priced stuff online, but there's still plenty of great stuff in the store itself. The bathrooms are old but super clean and not creepy like in some places. There are real antiques, beautiful furniture, art works, plastic storage tubs, all kinds of glassware, figurines, etc. Don't listen to the complainers. I go whenever I can and almost always find something I want.

I really wanted to love this place, especially with its claim of being the "world's biggest." While…read moreit's certainly packed with an incredible array of items, that density actually makes for a frustrating shopping experience. The aisles are so crammed that it's impossible to navigate with a shopping cart, which really limits your ability to browse and buy. It's a shame because there were genuinely interesting items, from high-priced antiques to thrift-store finds, but the difficulty in moving around made it hard to truly appreciate them. After driving over an hour and 15 minutes to get there, leaving empty-handed was quite a letdown. While I appreciate that they at least had a bathroom, which allowed me to stay as long as I did, the overall hassle overshadowed any enjoyment. I'm not sure if I'll make the trek again for a second chance. I had high hopes, but ultimately, this place just didn't live up to them. Still worth a try. I did find that the employees just sat around on their phones so I couldn't get a feel of who they are. One actually scolded me for trying to pick up and item

Good customer service is hard to find these days, and the staff here honestly made me smile. I accidentally forgot my wallet in the car, and the young lady at the register was very understanding and let me run out to grab it without any issue. There was no line at the time, but still -- that level of patience and kindness says a lot. What impressed me even more was that she went back out to the sales floor to retrieve an item I hadn't purchased yet because we thought it wasn't working. She tested it again, found that the cord actually did work, and saved me from buying something defective. That may have only been a $10 item, but she absolutely saved the day for me. Overall, a really positive experience with genuinely caring employees. I'll definitely be back.

Thet always stick their price tags right in the middle of items. I mentioned to the sales person that it would be great if they could put their price not in the middle of a table, but someplace less damaging. She went onto basically tell me it was my fault because of how I probably took my sticker off (note you can see items in their store where they have changed a sticker, and you can see it has taken off the finish). And I said that I was just trying to be helpful, to which they replied that it is how the boss wants it and they listen to their boss not to a customer. So unnecessarily rude. I truly was trying to give constructive feedback.
