I hired this company about two years ago to perform roof work on my commercial property in…read morePalatine, and it has turned into an absolute nightmare. The workmanship was terrible. During the work, my roof was punctured and damaged, and now, two years later, I am still dealing with problems from the work they performed. What makes this even worse is that I was provided a certificate of insurance that I later discovered was not valid. So now that I have damage, I have no legitimate insurance coverage to pursue for the repairs. The damage is under $5,000, which makes litigation financially impractical. Liars, cheaters, and fraudulent business practices -these are all FACTS. Based on my experience, I would NEVER hire this company again. Poor workmanship, damaged property, and an insurance certificate that turned out to be worthless. I feel completely screwed over. Stay far away from this company. Do your homework, independently verify their insurance directly with the carrier, and do not rely on paperwork handed to you by the contractor.

In other words hot water came out first which is dangerous. So we thought fine if they have to make the repair go for it. First, rich the plumber was out in December and spent weeks on the plumbing and should've seen this and fixed this then. Second, they were here yesterday afternoon for around 3 hours and they just left around 5:30pm with our landlord. They didn't say anything to us about the water not being able to turn off in the master bath. I think they flipped the hot/cold correctly, but the water just won't shut off. Very disappointed they would leave a house like this. *How do you come in for a fix, make things worse than before you arrived, and then not tell the tenants who are right in front of you that their water will be running without any next steps?

We knew that MEGA would come through on time, skillfully and courteously. Every step of the way was ON TIME and done professionally. The first rep came out and helped us to think of a design as he measured and suggested ideas. The engineer came out and reviewed the area and made even more suggestions. We set the date, chose the materials, the carpenters arrived, the work was beautifully done. My husband LOVES his garage so much that it is beyond his dreams. EVERYTHING is in its place and easily accessible. No more piling rakes, shovels and patio umbrellas all over. We highly recommend MEGA and even called them for our next project which included electrical work and installation of many lighting fixtures and fan. You REALLY get what you pay for. It does not heat up. They have been notified and initially promised to send someone to repair it. No one came. All attempts to contact them, including the company's owner Michael Sokolovsky have since gone unanswered. The temperature has dipped to 55° in my home. I am a senior citizen who is suffering with congestive heart failure, high blood pressure atrial fibrillation as well as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and rheumatoid arthritis . It's hard for me to get around much less dealing with inadequate heat. I find their inactions incomprehensible and I can't imagine why they don't fix this. I paid $5,100 cash out of pocket thinking they'll do a great job. Quite the opposite. In fact, they did such a shoddy job of installing it that they left cracks and holes in my wall allowing outside air to flood into my home. I've reported them to the Better Business Bureau and the Illinois attorney general consumer fraud bureau. My advise is to stay as far away from them as possible.

The first one was quite responsive, came out and did an assessment and gave us a quote to replace the HVAC system. Their price quote almost knocked us over. Looking for another alternative, we contacted MMDS and sent them pictures of the current set-up. Michael gave us a quote estimate over the phone that was thousands!! less than the original quote for the same equipment. We approved MMDS quote on a Tuesday, got the permit approved on Wed, and they installed the system on Friday. The installer was very professional and even fixed an issue with the dryer vent while he was there. The final price was exactly as originally quoted with no add-ons. A company with this kind of service and response really deserves more than 5 stars. We highly recommend!
