I initially inquired about a vehicle at Harvey Auto but the price was just to high and didn't make sense for me. With some advice from Harvey's car salesman "Matt Fox" I tried to get the best rate financing for myself. His knowledge of the business helped me in finally making a decision after a month of dealing with dealerships onsite and online. I had some great communication and up front details about purchasing. No pressure, but he did get me to a point where I needed to be in order to purchase. I flew into town and he gladly picked me up at the airport, much appreciated! Upon arriving and my final checks on the vehicle he did everything I asked before my drive home to bring my wife the vehicle she's been wanting. She loves the vehicle and couldn't ask for a better experience with Harvey Auto Outlet and have to give a BIG thanks to Matt Fox for helping my family out and working everything out on his end!

I was in the process of buying my first car and decided to visit a few different lots. Unfortunately, the behavior of the salesman showing me around this lot is the sole reason I chose not to move forward with purchasing the car I was interested in. As a young woman shopping for a car on my own, I was met with condescending remarks such as, "Why didn't your boyfriend come help you find a car?" This comment was not only dismissive but presumptuous--how would he know if I even had a boyfriend? It was clear he doubted my ability to make decisions independently, which made me feel undervalued. When I asked questions, he was dismissive and unhelpful, leaving me frustrated and disrespected as a potential customer. Thankfully, I went to another dealership where I was treated with respect and purchased a car completely on my own. This experience stands out to me because it shows how much a salesperson's attitude can influence a decision. I hope this feedback helps this company better train their employees on professionalism and customer service. Everyone deserves to feel respected and empowered during such an important purchase.
