I hate that this was my experience tonight because before this, I loved this place. We went with a group of friends (9 of us to be exact) and was told that we wouldn't be able to add ONE more chair to our table to accommodate our group. There were plenty of empty seats and even more had cleared out before we left. Then we were also told that anything over 6 guests will have an additional 25% service charge. We were then told AGAIN that even though there were 19 empty chairs, 10 empty tables, and 45 minutes to closing time we couldn't take ONE chair and bring it to our table "in case" another party came in. We even told them that we would gladly give the one chair back in the event that another table needed it. We have visited this venue plenty of times in the past. We've even taken visitors from out of town here when they come in to stay with us. I'm sad to say, this will not be the case ever again. We ended up canceling the last round of drinks and headed two doors down to a brewery that made our night! The owners were grabbing chairs from upstairs to allow us to sit, drink, listen to music, and enjoy the night. Oh, and without the additional 25% service charge. However, the tip was way beyond that anyway. Sorry Fox Trail, you've lost some good business and loyal customers. I hope you can do better in the future with other customers. Fair warning, any group over 6 people, steer clear of this place unless you'd want a similar experience. Other than this, the drinks are great. read more

Such a cool bar in the pinnacle area! A bouncer checked our IDs before we were able to sit down. Which is liked because we could just sit and order our drinks. There is a bar that you can sit at or lots of seating around/outside. If you choose to sit somewhere besides the bar, some wait staff will come around to take your order. All of the drinks sounded so good on the menu, all crafted with their alcohols that they distill. I got the Butterfly Wing and beautiful stranger (?). They were both delicious but the butterfly wing took the show. The staff was all super nice and I would definitely go back again. Price ranges from 10-15 a cocktail. read more

I'm not real sure of this one yet. Drinks are rather unique and pricey. Lots of open space and plenty of places to have different groups mingle and visit. There is no food here, strictly a bar. A food truck occasionally can be found outside on the sidewalk, but not on a regular basis. A rather unique twist - the bartender used a hand saw to cut a large block of ice into single serve square ice cubes for the drinks. It was fun to watch. This place will require a couple more visits. read more

Wow! This place doesn't disappoint on experience, service, nor product. Prices are not cheap but the quality speaks for itself. What a great addition to Rogers! First off, the building is gorgeous- modern & contemporary sleek wood with the deck in the front. I was impressed before walking inside. The entire space is open with several different seating options. Couches, colorful chairs or standard tables & chairs fill a large area. It feels homey but in a "this is a cool place" vibe. It's on a hill and you can see the sunset from the large deck. Lots of natural light, and the way it's set up, you can sit inside while feeling like you're outside because the open area spans the front of the building. We arrived around 6pm on a Saturday night. We ordered at the bar & watched the drinks being made. Each cocktail is made like a work of art. They also have canned wines (3 selections) & a couple of non-alcoholic options. Not sure if the straws are eco-friendly or to be cool, or both, but they're some type of metal. We sat outside at a large table & enjoyed the deck which has ceiling fans and has wooden partitions to make sections. A food truck was parked right by the front door since Fox Trail does not serve food. Since we didn't sit inside, not sure how loud it was but you have options. Give it a try! read more

for the sake of being transparent I get what people try to do to defend places they love, I am adding photos with the meta data that shows the date/time stamp. I was part of the group and already received an apologize from the co-founder and considered the situation closed until people questioned our honesty about what happened Here is my original post: Disappointed. We have group of 10 but we're told that we couldn't bring over another chair from another table just in case there was another party that would come in and the max amount of people at tables was 8.Before we ordered we were told there would be a 25 % charge for customer service for a party's over 8 no matter the service.we get it and totally understand and accepted that. 45 minutes before close, there were 19 empty chairs and 12 empty tables but when we did bring another chair over (1),we were told by a person who identified themselves as their event coordinator said that we would have to return the 20th empty chair back to the 12th empty table. We told them we would just have to leave if we couldn't provide a seat to one of their patrons. One of us was standing for over an hour by the table. They didn't care when we cancelled 5 drink because of this and 10 people left. Shame that the quality of drinks get overshadowed by the lack of customer service. What came first, crappy customer service or the empty seats that they couldn't even provide to the people that showed up to give them business. Shame because the place has so much potential but the customer service is a side hobby. read more

We have visited this establishment twice when visiting our daughter and her spouse. Both times have been a great experience. Not only did we enjoy their signature drinks, but also the friendly staff. A big thank you to Miranda for her suggestions and thorough description of each unique drink. Also thanks to Sunshine for giving a tour of the adjacent distillery in our previous visit. Our interaction with both employees indicates their knowledge of the business and the product is top notch. This clearly is a reflection of the culture at Fox Trail. Great place! My experience yesterday was AMAZING! The host and bar staff was welcoming and their drinks are delicious! I had the Antigua Swizzle and Creamsicle Old Fashioned. Both had a great presentation and taste. I was checked in on regularly and my water was filled without even asking. The staff was friendly and had pleasant conversations with myself and other customers while I was there. The building was clean and had a nice atmosphere. We had a group of about 20 having after work drinks. They were extremely rude to the group. We were not allowed to sit inside even though they had told us via phone it would be fine. So we sat outside but we're not allowed to push tables together - even though we filled up the outdoor bullpen seating. I can go on and on. Worst place I have ever been to, the service is terrible. This was my first time coming to this place. , and I don't recommend. I called before I went to make sure I could bring my dog with me and sit inside since it's over 100° outside. They told me on the phone that I could and then after I got there and ordered one drink they told me I had to leave unless I was going to be on the patio. On top of all of that my dog is an emotional support dog and that is why I called to make sure I could bring her. I went to this place for a happy hour, celebrating a coworker's promotion, and if you have more than six people in your party, they will treat you like complete shit and make you feel like you shouldn't even be there, and that your business doesn't even matter. The place looks nice and the drinks were good, but it is not worth the hassle. It is not worth the service that I experience and I would not recommend it to anyone. read more

We had such an amazing experience here! We were very curious so decided to sit at the bar so we could ask questions and watch the whole process of everything. I was so pleased as every staff member we interacted with was so knowledgeable and friendly. We got lucky and sat right in the well where all of the drinks were constructed! We were mind blown by the art and even science behind every drink. Between the four of us, we sampled a god chunk of the menu including the Whiskey Sour, Manhattan, Smoked Old Fashioned, and even a Whiskey flight. Their bourbons are delicious, smooth, and unique. Great cocktails and fun place for date night. I did message them ahead of time specifically asking if they had the same "vibe" as a brewery regarding children. They said they hosted all ages however when we arrived we did not feel that it was as kid friendly. (I want to add that I'm fine with places not being kid friendly but since I did ask before going, I would have appreciated an honest response). They do not have options for children besides water and lemonade made by the bartender. We ordered the Spirits Tour as a Christmas present and decided to check it out today. The tour itself was awesome! As a food scientist, it had enough science for me to learn a lot of new things. It was especially neat to learn some of the specific reasoning as to why they do certain things here. The other really neat part was the tasting part of the tour that talks about some of the products they currently have available and soon to be available to buy. In addition to the awesome tour, the experience at the bar was fantastic. Every person was working was extremely welcoming without being overbearing, as knowledgeable as I could ever want, and very attentive. The drinks were delicious and cannot wait to come back!
