We made our way to the bar and ordered the "Big Ass Pretzel " , a dozen wings with buffalo sauce and the chicken tender basket. The wings were not seared and that kinda made them not great. The pretzel was good with a cheese sauce. The chicken tender basket was ok. The fries were wedge cut and were undercooked. The drinks we got were good and the local beers were tasty. The three stars is just for the food and we will try this place again.

I will try to use yelp criteria and not goofy beer drinker criteria when rating the breweries. Hawk Moth sits not too far from downtown Rogers, basically across from the Harps grocery. It's open and industrial themed, clean and comfortable. I've only popped in in the early evening when they've not been busy at all, but there are long tables for groups, games, etc. I think it's a really nice atmosphere. Staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable. They generally have 8 or so beers on tap, and cover several styles, but seem to lean towards the lighter beers - saison, lager, sours - and don't offer much for the big beer drinker - porter, stout, Belgian. I have not had anything that wasn't perfectly drinkable, but also have not had one that was a stand out that I know I will have every time in. But that just means I have to keep trying.

Safe to say... it set the bar very high. The vibe was spot-on, the beers were great, and the staff made us feel right at home. It ended up being our favorite brewery in the area--and somehow, we found our way back there every single day. I ordered the India pale lager (ipl - similar to it's American cousin the IPA, this Double Dry-Hopped IPL has a strong hop nose with a smooth bitterness that doesn't linger, finishing dry leaving you wanting more. I started with their Linden amber and really enjoyed it while taking advantage of their fantastic patio space. I'm glad I went when I did while the weather was perfect for enjoying a patio and theirs has really great space and a good amount of seating. I followed up my first drink with their Pumpkin Flower sour. I don't typically gravitate towards sours but this one really blew me away. Unique flavor I hadn't experienced before.
