It ended up being our favorite brewery in the area--and somehow, we found our way back there every single day. I ordered the India pale lager (ipl - similar to it's American cousin the IPA, this Double Dry-Hopped IPL has a strong hop nose with a smooth bitterness that doesn't linger, finishing dry leaving you wanting more. I will try to use yelp criteria and not goofy beer drinker criteria when rating the breweries. Hawk Moth sits not too far from downtown Rogers, basically across from the Harps grocery. It's open and industrial themed, clean and comfortable. I've only popped in in the early evening when they've not been busy at all, but there are long tables for groups, games, etc. I think it's a really nice atmosphere. Staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable. They generally have 8 or so beers on tap, and cover several styles, but seem to lean towards the lighter beers - saison, lager, sours - and don't offer much for the big beer drinker - porter, stout, Belgian. I have not had anything that wasn't perfectly drinkable, but also have not had one that was a stand out that I know I will have every time in. But that just means I have to keep trying.
