While always a bit of a shock for a Louisiana boy, I have started getting used to this with all of my travel. It is just so much more convenient to buy booze with your steaks but I digress. Booze Brothers is located across from Hart's grocery store. Stock up there then come here. It is a smaller store but Eureka is a small town. There is a decent selection of hard liquor but the bourbon selection was somewhat sparse. They did have things like WT 101, Woodford, Bulleit, etc. They did have a pretty good selction of beer, including several different IPAs. I picked up what I needed and rolled out.

I like to go there for Open Mike night best time ever! You can tell by the people who leave there that they are Happy Campers! It's really cool there. My husband enjoyed the creamy Gorgonzola pasta dish with caramelized onions and cherry tomatoes. There were several good looking desserts, but we were too full to try any. We asked the room for milk but 2/3 full, seriously? The server was not friendly. The cost was over $6 for two small cheap coffee. Since it's in an upscale hotel, we expected more but wrong. We could have gone back to our hotel and made coffee provided in the room. It's the same except we paid over $6 for them.
