My son started Speech and Occupational Therapy at Fox Therapy almost a year ago and they have gone beyond my expectations. We had been to many different clinics before we found Fox Therapy due to moving or lack of therapists. We were excited to get started right away and not be placed on a waitlist. (The last clinic we went to had one OT that would split their time between two locations. So there was a long wait-list and limited days for sessions.) It's very rare for Fox Therapy to cancel a session since they almost always have another therapist to cover. We've also never had a bad experience with a therapist and each does a great job connecting with my son. They are great at communicating and send out available sessions everyday for make up sessions or if there's a more convenient time for you. They also offer programs througout the year and constantly ask for feedback from their clients. They are great at listening to the feedback and adapting to their clients needs. I highly recommend giving them a call if you're looking for any of the therapies they offer. (I know they currently offer speech, feeding, vocal and occupational therapy, but I wouldn't be surprised if the list is longer.) read more

This place is amazing. Jackie at the front desk is always so nice, helpful, and makes us always feel welcome. Miss Taylor is such a wonderful speech therapist, always full of energy, knowledge, and my son finds her sooooo much fun. Miss Eleanor was so great during my sons assessment, thorough, and made the experience positive and fun. the energy here is so positive and I always feel like we are with people that are incredibly competent, motivated, and really caring. From our first call to Fox Therapy Services to all of our sessions, it has been an wonderful experience! We are so thankful they take our insurance because it is an amazing value! At the front desk, Jackie is always friendly and welcoming. They are so understanding and sweet if we need to reschedule our session. I am so impressed with all of our therapists: Amelia, the feeding therapist is so compassionate and guided us to help our son's formula /bottle weaning and picky eating. Feeding therapy with Amelia has been amazing. She worked closely with our son and family to determined the source of his picky eating. We are learning so much about his difficulties with food & sensitivity to certain textures. Amelia has developed ways to make the entire process of eating easier at home more enjoyable for our entire family. We had a great experience at fox therapy services with each speech therapist. After just over 4 months there son's speech is soaring. As parents we learned great tips to practice at home. Our is 2 and is now speaking past the expected amount for his age and no longer needs to go. He was sad to stop going. read more

I do not recommend. Very unprofessional first experience during our session for speech and the therapist had no idea how to disarm and connect (even build basic rapport for that matter) with our son. Our son tried to connect with the therapist and talk to her about basic interests during down time and she either completely ignored him, or smirked, acting as if she understood what he was saying when she clearly didn't. Her lack of connection and interest in him made me cringe! The owner was incredibly defensive about it and said specially that she "stands by her therapists" since she hired them personally. Talk about ego. The front desk person was lovely, but it went completely downhill from there. read more

Our son was evaluated and given services through fox for Occupational and Speech therapy. Reid and Jess did a wonderful job with our 2 year old son who wasn't talking and had major behavior issues. Here we are 7 months later and his vocabulary has quadrupled! As a parent, I learned a lot of tips to help with my sons behavior and how to regulate him, as well as, leave space for myself to regulate. I felt seen and heard as a parent at Fox. I came to them in desperate need of help for my son amid the pandemic and having another newborn baby and they took care of everyone in my family and made us see a light at the end of the tunnel! read more

My 2.5 yr old son has been seeing the owner Jessie for almost 6 months now. When we first contacted Fox speech services we were in the process of getting my sons surgery scheduled for a tongue and lip tie release. My 2.5yr old was not talking AT ALL. I was beyond concerned and my gut was always filled with worry. I had my doubts. From the first session I still had doubts because it's play based. We're six months in and I have absolutely been proven wrong. My son who wasn't talking has over 20-25 words and is working on two word combos now and his comprehension of speech is taking off. We wouldn't be where we are right now with out Jessie and her fantastic team. They've become family to us and I'm so grateful and thankful for finding them. read more

I can't say enough great things about Fox Therapy!! They have been such a important part of my sons life. Every week I see the progress he is making. I know that it due to the incredible team here. While looking for a speech center we went online to see where we could get the best help for our non-verbal grandson, Nicco . Let me say we've never been more impressed with a business. Everyone is so kind and helpful. The owner, Jessie, is as involved as all of her staff. She's always available for any questions or concerns. Kelby helped us in arranging the insurance setup, which was immediate. Ann in the office takes our temp and signs us in before our session begins. Last, but not least is our therapist, Reid. She's caring, compassionate and loves her work. Nicco is always happy to see her, as are we. We couldn't be more happy with Jessie and Fox Services. Jessie started working with my son about 3 months ago because he was severely behind in his language development. Fox Therapy Services is a warm and inviting place for children and parents alike. My child's speech sounded muffled and I was concerned. I took him to Jessie, who is a genius, as she caught a tongue thrust that I didn't even realize was impacting his eating. I always thought he was just a messy eater. Anyway, we have been working with Reid, who has the best report with my son and he actually looks forward to seeing her every week. She is constantly celebrating his accomplishments and growth. I recently saw Amelia, the lactation consultant, who is IBCLC certified as well as a dietician. My 5 month old had been having weight gain issues, and Amelia was very professional, compassionate, and thorough. Amelia made recommendations and frequently followed up with us to see how things were going and to see if those recommendations needed to be modified. She was always available and you could tell that she truly loves and is passionate about what she does. Amelia shared her own personal struggles with breastfeeding, which made me feel comfortable and like I wasn't the only one having issues with this. I feel like her also being a dietician gives her a rounded out perspective. It seems that many lactation consultants are anti-formula, but Amelia approached our case without judgment and worked with us so that we could ultimately continue breastfeeding but also meet nutritional needs and gain weight. read more

My 13 year old son had a speech articulation issue. He struggled to say the "s" sound clearly and "r" sound which, in combination, made him difficult to understand. He has had private speech therapy off an on for almost 10 years. I can say without a doubt that Kristin was the BEST of them! I noticed an incredible improvement in both his confidence and his speech during the course of our 12 weeks of therapy. After 7 months of speech therapy, my baby girl accomplished all the goals set by her amazing therapist. A few years ago, our pediatrician suggested an evaluation for her speech; she had just turned 3, so we thought her speech would improve with time, but it did not. As parents, we could understand the things she was saying, but others could not. She turned 5, and we figured it was time for an evaluation; along with uncertainty of what school would look like, we got her evaluated. We scheduled an appointment with Fox Therapy Services, and our daughter was diagnosed with being "tongue-tied." Therapy gave her the tools and confidence she needed - luckily no surgery required! She had the sweetest, most amazing therapist. We literally didn't want to stop going, but Miss Sayeh couldn't find anymore reason to continue, so last Friday was graduation day. Jessie, owner at Fox Speech is my next door neighbor at work. Although my 8 year old son graduated from Speech at his public school, I noticed he was still very unclear when he spoke.
