We had been to many different clinics before we found Fox Therapy due to moving or lack of therapists. We were excited to get started right away and not be placed on a waitlist. (The last clinic we went to had one OT that would split their time between two locations. So there was a long wait-list and limited days for sessions.) It's very rare for Fox Therapy to cancel a session since they almost always have another therapist to cover. We've also never had a bad experience with a therapist and each does a great job connecting with my son. They are great at communicating and send out available sessions everyday for make up sessions or if there's a more convenient time for you. They also offer programs througout the year and constantly ask for feedback from their clients. They are great at listening to the feedback and adapting to their clients needs. I highly recommend giving them a call if you're looking for any of the therapies they offer. (I know they currently offer speech, feeding, vocal and occupational therapy, but I wouldn't be surprised if the list is longer.)

Please note this review is not about the therapists themselves but that hardly matters if you can't actually get in to see them. My insurance cleared me for 20 sessions without ANY time restrictions or expiration date. They were only "able" to get me in 5 times and that was a full five weeks after I was supposed to start. On the 6th appt they said they put their own end date in their system and therefore I couldn't be seen that day and had me fill out my forms all over again but after three phone calls over two weeks, I never got in again, nor were they able to email or print my exercises then or on any of my visits. And it's not just me, every single time I sat in the waiting room I watched them turn away people for various clerical reasons -- they literally sent elderly people home who had clearly gone to great lengths to secure transportation there. Turned away children whose parents had gotten time off to bring their children there. Offering no apologies, only random excuses about glitches in their computer system, just shameful. The facility is clean enough but the equipment is very old. DON'T RISK YOUR HEALTH. There are numerous facilities to choose from nearby and many more a short drive further.

Don't even get me started on Josh the finance guy, he charged me $300 extra each semester for LVN on "supplies" that we never even got. He claimed it was for toilet paper, hand sanitizer, mannequin use (they've had the same mannequins since they first opened) and even cardiac machines which they don't even have!!! This school is a scam and just takes students money. They drop students for missing three days of class even if it's for health issues but they don't drop students who were caught cheating. This school makes no sense. There's a new director her name is Kristen and she's the only person who is actually trying to fix all the issues in this school but every administrator gets frustrated with her because they aren't used to doing the correct thing.
