I was so disappointed to have to cancel my trip to Aiken over the holidays, but as luck would have it my brother came down. I didn't want to ask him to take a picture of every shoe on sale in my size as he had so much to do to get on the road. So I called the store. A lovely woman named Rose was kind enough to look through the sale shoes and send me pictures--top view/side view, clarify colors, style, staying-on-ability (or the lack of it), etc. Also to walk me through their regular stock availability over the phone and by text. She really went above and beyond. I ended up with four pairs which are all wonderful. The transaction was easy. She even texted me when my brother was running later than he expected that he wasn't there yet. I HIGHLY recommend this store. EXCELLENT customer service. Thank you Rose! I agreed, paid for the service and was told they would be done when I returned to Columbia in January 2026. When I returned in January, I was told no one had started working on them. I explained that I travel for work and would be back in February and provided a specific date I would be back. The person I spoke with told me she would have them done the week before I came back to make sure they were ready. I arrived one day after I was told they would be ready. They were not done but the owner said they could be done for me by the following day. After 2 additional visits that same day and discussions with the owner with him telling me how they have over 4000 pairs of shoes they're working on and there was nothing he could do , I got my boots back. No communication from them over those two months. When you call them, they have a recorded message that basically says we cannot answer the phone because we are too busy and wait for a text that says your item is ready. Who runs a business like that? If you're too busy you have to either stop taking in work or give people real timelines. Communication is also key. Had anyone reached out and say hey, sorry, we're behind or can you wait a little longer, I might not have been so frustrated.

Not only do they carry the previous mentioned items, but an assortment of steel-toed athletic/casual shoes and logging boots. For a change to the casual, they also offer REAL leather and bison belts that are made from one piece leather. Even though some of belts have stitching(detail) on the side , they are still cut from one piece! The price range for the belts depend on the quality of the leather goods and for those who prefer to use their own belt buckle the option is there to switch them out.
