Spent over an hour and 4 calls trying to get them to send a taxi to an address in Batavia, and it never came. They kept telling me it would be there in 10 minutes. The last call I got a recorded message that literally said "Hang up your phone and stop calling. We're closed." Their ad says they are open until 3 am. Don't believe it. Ended up downloading an Uber app. At least with Uber I only had to wait 45 min.

On the morning of my very early pick-up, I had scheduled 5am but it ended up being about 5:15 am as the driver had issues finding my office. I ended up walking to the main street to help him in finding me. He played classical music on the way there which in turn made me feel classy. To make matters worse, he said he thought we were going to the airport because that what was said on the phone when the request for the cab was made. This was a lie as he never asked me where I was going. He said it would be either $25 or $45 since he missed a potential pickup at the airport as we weren't going there.
