I was in messaging contact with your dispatcher several times advising of updates to our arrival, and was assured that our ride would be available and ready. Sure enough, when we recovered our luggage and called Joseph, he was waiting for us at the curb, and took our luggage. Once we arrived at home he carried our luggage into our garage - that's a very nice policy. A 50 passenger and 24 passenger vehicle was required at each hotel, arriving at 3:30 PM and departing at 3:45 PM. On the Wednesday before the wedding M&M called and confirmed. However, the next day they called to tell us both 24 passenger vehicles were unavailable due to maintenance. By Friday morning they had no solution, so we had to scramble and pay a local shuttle $1,000 for an 18 passenger van and ask some guests to drive or Uber. Two hours before the scheduled pickup we were told a 50 passenger bus wouldn't arrive. Now we were in panic mode! After we demanded a solution, they were able to substitute another 50 passenger bus that had to leave 15 minutes earlier, forcing us to notify guests and adjust plans. The stress and last minute chaos ruined what should have been a celebratory day. If M&M can't reliably staff events in Champaign, they shouldn't accept work there. Return service in the evening after the wedding was also subpar. We expected professional contingency planning and timely communication -- neither was delivered. 2 days after the wedding, I emailed their owner Mike and have not received a response. We did get a call from their account manager Freddie. He assured us that a customer service member would be in contact. That never happened. It was a very disappointing experience!

While my group and I made the best of the situation and enjoyed ourselves simply because we were together, the condition of the trolley and the service provided were incredibly disappointing. First, the photos and descriptions on the website are very misleading. The trolley looks modern, clean, and well-equipped in the images, but in reality, it appears to have had little to no upkeep. The bar areas were dirty, there was no ice as promised, the TVs didn't work, and there was no light show. The heat and defrost didn't function, which made for a very uncomfortable ride on a cold night. Additionally, the blinking lights throughout the trolley suggested an electrical issue, which was not only annoying but also concerning. On top of that, the driver was rude and unprofessional, further souring the experience. While the company did issue a $200 refund, it was nowhere near adequate for the significant shortcomings of the service, especially considering we paid $930 for three hours. I suspect the overwhelmingly positive reviews for this company are not entirely genuine, as my experience does not align with the five-star reputation presented online. I hope this review serves as an honest account to help others make an informed decision. While I appreciate the partial refund and the memories my group and I made in spite of the circumstances, I would not rent from this company again. If Limotainment wants to maintain their reputation, they need to improve the upkeep of their vehicles, ensure amenities match the advertised descriptions, and prioritize customer service. Attached are two photos of how the trolley looked when the lights were off, and then when they popped on all by themselves. You'll notice the old fashioned, kitchen-like fixture in the ceiling. Nothing like the laser light show in the photos that's on the website. I wish I had taken photos of the empty dirty bar areas, with no ice that was also supposed to be provided.
