Barbell 4:13 has all the cardio equipment and machines a new gym goes needs but also has a full row of monolifts and competition benches and accessories like bands and chains for a competitive athlete. Chalk is not only allowed but provided and the equipment is all top-notch. The owner, Matt, took time to welcome me to the gym and show me around, and all of the regulars here have been really friendly. I like being able to jump in with the groups training here but it'd also be a great place to get a workout in and not be bothered. Definitely worth checking out and it's been worth the 30 minute drive down for me to train here.

Weight ball, tire push, variation of squats with weights, step-ups .. when I tell you my thighs are on fire and my abdomen is letting me know I used muscles I thought gave up on me.
