About 3 months ago in a last ditch effort to contact the Dr and not have to file a theft report with the sheriffs office in order to get my money back, I left a negative review on google. low and behold I get a reply to my review saying to be patient he was in the hospital. so I waited. at this point I find it hard to believe he has been in the hospital for a year. and even so if he has it's still his responsibility to have an employee or family member reach out to the patients and fill them in. Because our family had been going to this vision works for our eye exams and glasses for years, I popped in to see if there was anything they could do. A staff member named Bobby attended to my situation and quickly assessed that, not only had the screw come out, but, that the frame had been bent by where the screw screws into the post. Bobby not only replaced the screw but, utilizing a special tool, manipulated the frame to its original position ensuring that the screws would retain. Though we purchase all our prescription glasses from this location, we did not purchase these sunglasses from there but, Bobby never asked, he was just helping out a husband with a stressed out wife. It's gestures like these that are largely lost in customer service today but sorely needed. It may not have seemed a big deal to him, but, it was to this customer! Thank you and we'll be back.

Always willing to help. My husband got progressives for the first time ever and he loved them. The insurance covered this pair and we wanted to order him another. It was over $500 for us to pay for it. I told them we had a relative in the business and asked if she would give us the distance between the pupils and not only did she do that, she even marked the distance on the top to bottom for us to get them made from another place. Thats how you keep business coming back. We will always go here. I had an issue with my glasses and I brought them in and they are remaking them right now. The frames are all unpriced, so you have no idea what price you're picking out. I had picked out a few, they asked which I liked best. Went for a thorough exam with the Dr. I came out and all the frames I'd picked were put back in the rack. My favorite was still there and even though I kept asking the price, during my selections, they said not to worry, they would make me a deal. They were the most expensive. If I remember correctly they were Dior frames, almost $600. By that time I was so over looking at frames and the thought starting over from scratch was way past disturbing. I'm on disability and Medicare and I felt I was pressured into high priced frames. I remember wanting to walk out but I was already charged for the exam. I'd been going to this Opticial practice since the 1990's when Dr Hilton owned it. There front office practices leave a lot to be desired even if the exam with Dr Bhaktra is top notch.
