I recently had a cataract removal procedure performed by Dr. Fox. Both he and his team were top flight. Will do business with them anytime.

Not only had my vision regressed from my great results, but I developed cataracts. Dr. Modi told me the light adjustable lens was the only way to get me back to my original great results. Although it is a process, the results could not be better. I never anticipated the quality of vision this implant gave me! I was fine with just getting the cataracts resolved never expecting the wonderful acuity Dr. Modi gave me with this amazing adjustable lens! As it turns out I simply need mild readers but can live my life pretty much glasses free. Thank you Dr. Modi, Stacey and the staff at Seeta Eye for the excellent care and phenomenal results!

Next the clinical nurse Victoria, could not have been more profesional and efficient. Last but not least Dr Andreas Wolter, I just love the guy. Great doctor, took time to explain how I am doing , a follow up, after my cataract surgery of 3 years ago. The waiting rooms are all clean and confortable, lots of space all around. I would highly recommend them. Cannot vouch for the other Doctors as I didn't have any contact with them.

If I could choose 0 stars I would. I've been trying to get in touch with these folks at…read morespecifically the ophthamology department for my ailing father and I've been placed on long holds each time for 5 phone calls (the longest I could stand was 45 minutes before I had to go back to work). When you call, it immediately puts you on this presumptuous classical violin music that I've heard on repeat for hours at this point in totality, with intermittent messages to use their "callback service." The callback service doesn't work (I've set two different phone numbers in their alleged "callback service." It's been 72 hours and neither device has been called back. My phones are certainly not broken, both are receiving calls from everyone BUT them completely fine. Hit 0 and it sends you back to the message to use their horse sh*t callback service. Or they're filtering area codes outside 845 which would be insane as most people are on mobile phones these days). They are certainly open the days of the week I called. It appears this phone number is for an ophthamologist, not even an internist or infectious disease doctor (yes, I realize there's a pandemic going on, but this practice seems irrelevant to that. I've been getting responses back faster from my hospital and we are in a high-case area for coronavirus and a far higher population density, if that tells you something about efficiency and care). My father came in for a visit in response to recent vision loss / blurriness and they struggled to understand what the doctor (Dr. Whitzel? Witzel?) was saying, so I've been trying to contact them to clarify confusion from my parents who said they did not understand a lot of what was covered in the visit. Yes, of course I am concerned when the only thing they understood in the whole visit was "he has a brain problem." I am on the other side of the country, and unable to accompany them to these visits (they are hard of English and resistant to hiring nurses / help), but I do often rely on having to call / followup with doctors to clarify findings / next steps. If I responded this way to my job I would have been fired yesterday -- no, probably last week. Happy to change this whenever this office decides to respond to their queue of "callbacks."

I agree with other patients, don't go to care mount medical group. About half the time you never…read morereceive a phone call back. The wait is Ridiculous, the poor doctors are overbooked. And they are at half staff. Been with the group when they were mid Hudson medical group. Never had a problem getting an appointment or a phone call back. From them. It's not the doctors or nurses, it's CareMount!!!!!! They double and triple bill you. Make sure you get a receipt..... it's a sad time when you can't trust your doctors office.

This place was pretty bad. The lady who examined my eyes refused to move the mirror so that I could…read moresee all 5 letters. I could only see 2 letters in one eye, and 4 in the other, b/c the mirror was in the wrong position. I had to twist my body to one side, which was very painful as I have bad joints. I also had to hunch forward at one point to see the letters. She was very nasty to me during this process. She said she did not need me to see all 5 letters, and that I was twisting to one side for no reason. Then at one point she wanted me to tilt my head back, and she forgot to lock the head rest, so it fell backwards. She also touched the tips of the dilation bottles to my eyeballs, which seems very unhygienic to me. I almost walked out on her in the middle of this poor excuse for an exam. The doctor's portion of the exam was very quick, and not helpful or informative. This is the first time I've been to an ophthalmologist, but it was even more quick and cursory than an optometrist. It was a waste of time and money. Dr. Steinberg's waiting room was very crowded. The wait, once I got there, was very, very long. It seems like this doctor is overbooking, to make as much money as possible. The lady behind me in line had the same exact appointment time as I did. After the exam was over, I had to continue to wait for a very long time in order to pay the co-pay. The secretaries ignored me for ages, even though I was sitting right in front of them, waiting. Then the worker who told me to wait, had the nerve to ask me if I was waiting for a ride! She was the one who should have told the secretaries to check me out. At the end, I complained to one of them about the poor exam. I told her I am never going back there.

Office care was cold and mechanical. Dr. Steinberg was very cold with no personality. He does not…read morelisten to your concerns. I would never go back!
