Great doctor, took time to explain how I am doing , a follow up, after my cataract surgery of 3 years ago. The waiting rooms are all clean and confortable, lots of space all around. One time…read moreI was literally in the waiting room in a robe for 40 minutes and no one even bothered to speak with to say "hey we're having issues , please be patient" until I opened the door to leave. Another time they said they thought I had a cyst that could be cancer, scheduled a followup ultrasound with them, and they lost all the documentation and never called me to followup. I called them after a month and they had no record of asking for the followup or the followup itself. The girl at the front desk in kingston is about the most discourteous front desk worker I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. This "care-giver" specifically closes the window when you are standing at it, then she does work to try and not meet your eyes. Should i talk about the bathroom and how it had fecal matter all over it when I had to use it for a urine test? If you do have to use them, try and use rhinebeck at least they answer the phone there. I really fail to see how their automated system to take messages only works after 9am. If it's an automated system, that says to call back at 9, why in the world can't it take messages before 9 if they won't give you a person when they open? Oh, and how many times have i called in for a prescription ot be filled and had to physically go in and wait until i saw them call it in? Sure the people are knowledgeable when you actually get someone to help you, but i'm wondering how many HIPPAA violations this place has had if they can't even return a phone call? I hope you don't care about your sensitive private information staying private!
