Could help but think she was going through my stuff when I was a way at work. So I laid my traps an yes as I thought. The first week I was there about three day before the rate was due she started asking for it. Bizarre. . They don't steal stuff they just snoop... but overall quiet. Beds are okay. No bugs . Good spot to put your head no Wi-Fi even though they say they do it's just slow as shit.

Nice hotel on the lake front, an easy walk to restaurants and shops downtown…read more Easy access to the lake front. The hotel has a private off street parking lot. No restaurant is in the hotel but plenty of restaurants nearby and delivery is an option. On my visit the hotel was not very crowded The guests were spaced apart making for a very quiet stay. All rooms have a balcony with hall having a view of the lake ( and a higher rate ) the other half faces the oarking lot and a park behind the hotel The furnishings were a bit dated but on good condition My room also had a kitchenette with a small sink a fridge with a small freezer and a microwave and coffee maker, there were dishes and classes in a cabinet above the counter. A minor thing I did not like was the room had old compact florescent lamps that were that cool white and had glare not easy on the eyes in a hotel room Nice indoor pool and hot tub. Workout room not very large but adequate, also a sauna. There is a spa on site where you can book a spa treatment. If you have a room facing away from the lake there is a nice large patio in front that has a lake view. Lower lever has an event room that can be used for weddings or other group events. Nice atrium is in the center of the building Building is also fully equipped with fire sprinklers

Bed was comfortable, living room/kitchen area was nice and the view is spectacular! I would stay here again for the view alone. The hotel was also nice and quiet/relaxing. They have spa services, but we did not partake. Walkable to shops, restaurants, and our boat tour. We will definitely return here for our next Lake Geneva visit.

This place is a dive. Room was filthy, smelled real bad, had and old TV, old worn out furniture,…read moreuncomfortable bed, big holes and dirt all over the walls. Cobwebs, dust, and dead cockroaches, cracked tile in shower, plastic shower curtain rod wouldn't stay in place because of the busted up tile. Everything was dirty, long black hair on the sheet when I pulled down the bedspread. No blanket - they expect you to use the bedspread as a blanket/comforter - YUCK, looks like they hadn't been washed in a while. Frayed carpet to bathroom causing carpet tacks to stick up - but wouldn't advise going barefoot anyway - I bought brand new pink flip flops that I wore only in the motel and the bottoms of them were filthy from the disgusting sticky, stained carpet after just one day in the room (stayed two nights - was stuck for arriving late and being at a friend's memorial all day the next day). My cell phone was dead and I didn't know what to do. I was in tears, tried to leave as much luggage in the car as possible. Grocery carts up to doors on outside of building (what kind of people live there). No Ice. Had to buy a Cubs blanket at the Jewel for 30.00. Charged me 15.00 in taxes for two nights. Had to use a regular key to enter room from hot filthy hallway. I am leaving most of my luggage in the garage as I arrived home, and taking out doing laundry as I empty it. Yes, it's that bad, please don't stay here. I couldn't sleep due to the anxiety and the people walking around above me at 4:00 in the morning! I would give it zero stars if possible. This is by far the most disgusting room I ever stayed in.
