Once we found Bayview Cabins, we were hooked! Our family continues to grow, so we each get a cabin. We ALL look forward to our vacation here every year. The owners Steve & Sherri make us all feel so comfortable, genuinely sweet people who work hard at keeping the place up. This summer my mother & I decided to take my 90yr old grandmother, who is wheelchair bound, away for a mini- vacation. From the moment we arrived, I was blown away at how handicap accessible Steve & Sherri had made our cabin (12 A&B). Steve came right outside, got wheelchair chair ramps for us, had already put up handicap handles in the shower and on the toilet. Each cabin I've been in, is always so clean. So neat. They have cute signs up that make them feel "homey". And my Gram especially liked the hanging plant in front of our cabin. Me & my entire family HIGHLY recommend this getaway!!!

The dock area is really nice and everyone seemed laid back, although there were kids running around, they didn't bother us. They provided a paddle boat, a row boat, a canoe and several tubes for us, which was really nice. The main building has an ice machine and free coffee. Shocking rudeness from people in the hospitality business with no provocation on my part.

The location is ideal if you're exploring the Naples / Casco / Raymond / Windham area and is only 40 minutes from Portland. The new owners - Nancy and Luis - have clearly taken such pride and care in maintaining and enhancing the property with both big and small additions. The decor of each room is charming and authentic to Maine. The bathrooms are clean and spacious. The exterior is beautifully designed with hanging plants, picnic tables, and a truly elegant fire pit that's great for a campfire in the evenings. They are located across the street from the local beach on beautiful Sebago Lake. This is the kind of place you will NOT need a cottage key to lock up. They were surprised when we requested for one. Note: If you're driving up and plan to stay, please read their website carefully so that you can pack accordingly. My family and I flew in for a weeks vacation and did not realize they do not offer: Toilet Paper or Shower Towels. Luckily the little general store next door has most household items. They also require you to do most of the cottage cleaning prior to check out- which was at an early 9:30am! We had lots of privacy, use of the camp fire, free admission to the beach. To sum it up, we had a great time and saved some cashing staying here!

No one is there to in force the rules after 5pm. My campsite was across from a number of seasonal rentals. They though they owned the place. The dogs were barking till midnight and their music was so loud I couldn't hear my own music in my own camper. My neighbor call twice to complain. No one picked up the phone. Most camp grounds have security policing for issues, to my knowledge there were none. This is totally fixable. The management just needs to enforce the rules. A few can ruin it for the many. What made it worse is the app nor the KOA.com website has no ability to register complaints or concerns.

Even though we were visiting fairly early in the year and before the real tourist season began, Leah and her staff at Lighthouse Bikes were nice enough to let us be their first official tour of the 2026 season! We had a lovely private tour through the city with Ross, who was as passionate as ever about the city's history even despite the cold temperatures we biked in. I definitely recommend everyone stops here for a lovely bike stroll through the city and various residential neighborhoods - beautiful views and great company all around.
