The location is perfect - just a 1/2 block from the downtown main street, and sitting on the porch in their rocking Adirondack chairs or having breakfast, there is a nice view of the lake. The owners Leila and Anthony are truly the kindest and most hospitable people I have ever met. From the second we walked into the Inn it truly felt like we were right at home. The Inn itself is beautiful, quaint, charming and very clean. Our room was super cozy and the bed was SO comfortable (I will definitely miss it). The water pressure in the shower was great, which is hard to come by sometimes. The grounds are manicured and so comfortable. I spent hours on the hammock and in the rocking chairs reading and relaxing. What really blew me away was the breakfast and the treats. Anthony preps all the food and is a breakfast and pastries GENIUS. First night we were there they had snickerdoodle whoopee pies with a maple cream cheese filling (individually wrapped to be extra safe and clean) and I may or may not have taken a couple more with me to enjoy later in the evening... The location of the Inn is PERFECT. You are walking distance to Long Lake and a few little shops and minutes away from Lake Sebago. I truly cannot recommend this Inn enough, and I cannot wait to get back here! Thank you Leila and Anthony!

Once we found Bayview Cabins, we were hooked! Our family continues to grow, so we each get a cabin. We ALL look forward to our vacation here every year. The owners Steve & Sherri make us all feel so comfortable, genuinely sweet people who work hard at keeping the place up. This summer my mother & I decided to take my 90yr old grandmother, who is wheelchair bound, away for a mini- vacation. From the moment we arrived, I was blown away at how handicap accessible Steve & Sherri had made our cabin (12 A&B). Steve came right outside, got wheelchair chair ramps for us, had already put up handicap handles in the shower and on the toilet. Each cabin I've been in, is always so clean. So neat. They have cute signs up that make them feel "homey". And my Gram especially liked the hanging plant in front of our cabin. Me & my entire family HIGHLY recommend this getaway!!!

This place was SOO convenient to everything around, several restaurants, shops and bars are in walking distance. The dock area is really nice and everyone seemed laid back, although there were kids running around, they didn't bother us. They provided a paddle boat, a row boat, a canoe and several tubes for us, which was really nice. The main building has an ice machine and free coffee. Only briefly interacted with the owner Steve, but everything went smoothly. The house itself was perfect for the two of us, the bed was comfy and the AC was strong enough.

The breakfast shows their appreciation in spades. Hot, strong coffee, fresh fruit, danish, cheeses and more, all you need to kick off your day. The room was spotless. The people running it are very nice and friendly, and the breakfast is very good and allows you to choose from different sort of (sweet) things. Also, it's quite well located, near the state park and Sebago lake, and Naples town which is ok. There are just a couple of problems. First, being so close to the main road, it's a little noisy. But the main problem is cleanness. The bed sheets and the bathroom and towels were ok, but there were spiderwebs all over the place. And therefore, there were a lot of spiders. Are they sacred here like cows in India or something? I understand we're in the countryside and you're supposed to find a bug or two (or not) but the room was full of all kind of spiders, big and small. If the maid would've cleaned thoroughly that morning, you'd seen one or two maybe but not so many. Also, the doors and walls were full of fingerprints from previous guests. And there was a t-shirt between the dresser and the wall, so she does never look around when she cleans? The joke of it all is that we had been given an envelope to tip the maid!

We interacted with Scott quite often and he made us feel welcome , even as a first timers. Another review mentioned feeling left out of the vibe as a first-timer; we experienced the opposite as all the staff and guests were very affable the cabin (Birch) was very clean and spacious. we really appreciated the daily delivery of firewood to the cabin . the beds were comfortable but are likely getting close to needing replacement . the shower pressure is incredible and having two sinks is a huge plus. only thing missing was a filtered water dispenser in the room...would have saved many trips to the main lodge for filtered water!adding 1-2 puzzles to the book shelf would have been welcome as their was only one to borrow for the whole property at the time we were there The meals were good with the service bordering on a bit casual . several times, we had to wait 15-20 minutes for morning coffee or the staff taking breakfast orders which was strange as it didn't seem to busy in the front of the house . the options were varied and the amount of food was enough to be comfortably full All the activities we participated in were super fun (kayak tour, motor boat rental, hiking, tennis, pickleball water coloring, bingo, wildlife lecture ). The outdoor Monday cocktail hour was fantastic - gratis drinks at sunset on the patio. Typically, the resort schedules two activities per day which is great but three would have filled up the day a bit better The only complaint we had is their drink policy . i knew alcohol was not included but its strange to charge for soda when you are serving steaks , scallops and lobsters as part of the rate - it's a huge mismatch . This how they phrase their drink policy: "Drinks from the bar are sold separately and are not included in the all-inclusive rate" when most people think of "drinks from the bar" they don't consider soda to be part of that it's not a big deal - $30-40 over a few days but it's the poor communication that irks me as it seems ?intentionally? misleading

The place we stayed was ok and didn't have very many amenities, the heat in the living room wasn't working...made for a chilly weekend. The staff needs to prepare the guests for a weekend expectation. We didn't need a golf cart but no one mentioned that when we booked the trip. We wasted over $1K for this weekend.
