Then they proceeded to charge me about $300 total and $200 of that was for labor which it should all be covered under apple anyway. Do yourself a favor and take it to the actual apple store instead of dealing with these people who try to take all your money for no reason.

Civicplus is decent website software hidden behind raw incompetence. It is NOT for IT…read moreprofessionals and IT professionals will find nothing but frustration in dealing with these amateurs. They do not seem aware of what their website can and cannot do and will routinely ask users to perform actions that only admins have the authority to perform resulting in failure after failure. I currently have 5 users who are unable to establish their accounts because the password system does not work resulting in users not being able to maintain their own department's webpages. Admins cannot reset passwords, so I sit helplessly watching this useless password system fail again and again. My users have now given up on maintaining their own department pages and all those tasks have fallen to IT. We are looking for a replacement and regret our investment in civicplus. Do yourself a favor, find any other website company as even a group of high school kids will do a better job than civicplus.
