This company answered the phone quickly and was very polite. They gave me the price of the RAM sticks. That price was about 10% less then all of the other computer stores I talked to. I was so surprised with their install price... They told me on the phone that if they could get it installed in under (I think) they said 5 minutes it would be free. If it went over that time it would be $39.00. Wait What? I took in my laptop and they work on it in a location you can watch what they are doing. It really appeared like they were trying to get done before 5 minutes. Almost like it was a competition or something. He failed but was not going to charge me. I insisted on paying. He tried so hard to get it done within 5 minutes. It was more like 7 minutes. I gladly paid the $35. It's been a couple of months now and my laptop runs like a chp now. I highly recommend this company. They saved me over $100.00 in parts and service and did a great job doing it.

I felt extremely uncomfortable. I was scammed after paying them $200 they "forgot" to do the entire repair leading the the screen failing 10 days later. The screen costs them$45 in an hour they make $150 in labor and can't bother to offer me any discount or solution after they are at fault. Absolutely worst phone repair experience ever.

My wife was an Architecture student at K-State and she spend 2500 to have FBS build her a computer…read moreto use for modeling, rendering, and Adobe Photoshop. The computer that FBS built was a complete joke and was at least 1000 dollars overpriced. The computer constantly froze at the boot screen and would then it would need a fresh install of windows in order to work again. When we took it back to FBS they claimed it was a "software" problem and therefore the warranty would not cover it. After constant problems, and returning the computer exactly 6 times (the last being for a 6 month period) we decided to give up and I built a brand new computer myself. I have tested the computer that FBS has built with a new GPU, PSU, HDD, and OS and STILL this piece of crap that FBS sold us locks up. In short, FBS installed crappy components at an exorbitant price and would not go back and fix the mistakes they made. AVOID THESE PEOPLE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!
