I had a decent experience here and seems some people that reviewed this place had more of a problem with pick up from airport vs drop off. I dropped my vehicle off here on a Thu early afternoon and everything went smoothly. The shuttle was right there and took me and another guest to the airport and no hiccups. I came back on a Sat afternoon and called the office and the woman that answered told me where to wait for the shuttle and within about 5-10min, the shuttle came. The drive back to the lot was smooth and got my vehicle about 20 min after I was picked up. Overall, a good experience and the cost was very reasonable. I saved my company some money and it was hassle free. All the staff here were friendly and helpful. I will use them again. read more

In May 2025, I parked my van in the parking lot of fox auto parks in San Diego and my vehicle was hit in the back while it was on their property. I had worked with accident/ claims department try to solve the problem fairly. We settled on the amount of the payment back in November 2025 but now they refused to pay the damages. Since then they ignored my calls, emails and follow up massages or return calls. I'm very disappointed with their customers service and very unprofessional handling of the situation. Dropping off our car before our trip went smoothly and the shuttle was there immediately to take us to the airport. We were impressed with the efficiency. Everything changed though when we came back. Went in to the text I was sent and clicked on request shuttle. The page allowed you to update it to see how long we were waiting. There was also a button to click for check on shuttle status. That part just kept saying invalid so had no update information on where the shuttle was. At the 20 minute mark we had seen more than one shuttle from all the other lots but still not one from fox. At the 30 minute mark I think we called the lot and were told he left 10 minutes ago. Not sure of the exact time we finally saw the shuttle but we were standing in the middle of the loading area as we didn't know where the shuttle would stop. The driver pulled as far forward as possible which was away from everyone standing on the sidewalk. The second we saw him we started walking his way. He barely even did a California stop before he punched it and started to take off again. My husband had to yell to get him to stop. The driver said he didn't see anyone so he was leaving. If you park at the end with no people then of course there won't be anyone there! He then says we have to stop at the next terminal also. From the time we clicked on the button to request shuttle and when we arrived at the lot just over an hour had gone by. That is unacceptable! read more

Smooth check in process. Waited 15 minutes while the driver finished checking in the rest of the people. Then we boarded the shuttle. Took about 10 minutes to get to the airport. Total 25 minutes. Return pickup was smooth. Called and they said driver already on the way. They showed up in about 5 minutes. Checking out our Groupon wasn't applied correctly only gave us the value we paid not the 3 day credit and charged us an extra amount. Didn't notice until I got home and looked at my emailed receipt. I got to this reservation for a great deal I never had an issue with this until today. I picked it base on my flight status which was very early. I got the reservation at 3 am so we can be at the airport waiting to be open. I have children so this take much more time to get everything together. They said the airport doesn't open until 4am. Those who had very early flights know THAT line is already long when arriving at 4am. 24/7 in 15 minutes stutters. Drop off went fine. Pick up did not. Waited almost 1 hour for shuttle. Contacted them 3 times: 1st through the app, shuttle on the way. App stopped working. 30 min later shuttle still not there. Called and they said the driver already came and went--would send shuttle again. Waited longer, no shuttle. Called again was told driver was there...we never saw him. Turns out driver was at wrong terminal. At least a dozen other parking shuttles from other companies came and went while we waited for Fox shuttle. In the end, it took almost as long to fly from Denver to San Diego, than to get from airport to Fox lot to home in San Diego. When we arrived at the lot, we asked the attendant why the mix up and delay in pick up? His response "I don't know, I just got here." Then he said if you use the app to always follow up with a phone call. Unlikely to use or recommend Fox again. read more

What started off as a great experience at drop-off ended up being a pain in the ass at pick-up. I dropped off my ride at 5am on a Friday morning. I wasn't sure if I was at the correct location as there seems to be 2 different locations when you look online for a parking lot near the airport. Well this seems to be the only Fox Auto Parks and it was a good deal, so I went for it. When I pulled into the lot, I asked the shuttle driver if I was at the correct place, and he said yes. He instructed me to park right in front of the office which is just a little trailer. The guy inside was nice and he was quick with the transaction. I would pay when I picked up my vehicle, which was fine. I return on Monday evening, with my reservation ending at 7 pm. I blame stress on the fact that I accidentally got on the wrong shuttle (the one that went to the car rental center), so I ended up wasting time. However, I made it back to the airport shuttle area before 7 and waited for the Fox shuttle to take me to their parking lot. I called ahead just a few minutes before (when I returned to the shuttle area), worried that I might be charged extra for picking up past 7 pm. The guy said he wouldn't charge me and that he would "figure it out." Cool. I then continued to wait about 20 minutes and saw every other shuttle pass by at least 3x each, while the Fox shuttle made no appearance whatsoever. I meant to take a picture of the ticket they gave me when I checked in, which says "shuttles run every 25 minutes from 4 am to midnight or on demand," but I didn't and the guy took it from me when I finally got my car. WTF does that even mean?! "OR?!?" It's one or the other!!!! Smdh!! Prior to being picked up, I called again (after waiting around at least 28 minutes) and asked if they only have 1 shuttle as I had been waiting a while. He said, "you have to request it" and that it was on its way. It took about 4 more minutes before I finally saw it coming. The driver looked like he was tweaking out, and even ran a red light on our way to the lot. SERIOUSLY!?! I was the only one in there so I wanted to hurry TF up!! I get into the office, the guy checks me out and hands me my keys after I asked for the 10% first timer discount. The terminal asked if I wanted to leave a tip. Pffffft. What do you think I did?! Lol I should have been told when I dropped my car off that YOU NEED TO REQUEST A SHUTTLE RIDE BACK HERE. What a disgrace and waste of my time, smfh!!! I thought this would be a hiccup-free experience, but it wasn't. I don't think I'll leave my car here again, but hats off to the nice guys that helped me Friday morning. If you don't mind waiting forever for a shuttle to get back to your car, and you don't mind endangering your life with some tweaked out driver at the wheel, this is the place to leave your car!! I understand that you're busy on a Sunday and your team was stretched thin. However, that is no excuse for my experience 1. Requested the shuttle when I grabbed my luggage upon return 2. I know you received the message because my car was moved (phone notification from my vehicle) 3. Waited for shuttle in designated area for 30 minutes before calling and was told a shuttle had been through 15 minutes before. I watched many shuttles come and go picking up passengers. This was my first time parking a car at the facility. It was very reassuring to have a staffed office on site. The shuttle was about to leave and the driver walked over and got me luggage and waited for me . I do not recommend this parking service. I parked my car for 5 days and I came back to a large crack on my windshield. I submitted a claim and was denied coverage. After reading the rave reviews for Fox Auto Parks, we decided to try their parking services. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a big mistake. The service was very disappointing from start to finish. I paid for valet service, yet when I dropped off my car, I had to remind the staff that valet was already included in my reservation. When we returned from our trip, the front desk clerk simply handed me my key fob, and once again, I had to tell her I had paid for valet. Only then did she call an employee to bring the car around -- and that was the entire extent of the "valet" experience. What made this even more frustrating was seeing another couple, who had also paid for valet service, walk in to find their car already waiting for them with the red-carpet treatment. That was definitely not the case for us. Overall, we were extremely disappointed and will not be using Fox Auto Parks again. read more

2nd time in less than 2 months and they are still amazing! Flight was delayed for over 3 hours and they didn't charge me for it!! Try and see if any other business will do that. After the late flight and some heavy luggage we saw the Fox shuttle stopping and Eric, our driver, was more than happy to take our bags and take us back and called in our reservation so I didn't have to call. Eric was very nice and we had a great conversation on the way to the parking lot. Once there he immediately spotted our car and loaded our luggage as well. They have an app where you can track the shuttle yet it does t work. I waited 28 minutes for the shuttle since only one was running. I saw 3 Aladdin shuttles and 3 Sheraton shuttles before mine showed up. Once we finally got to the parking lot.. our car was blocked in and we again had to wait. No apology.. nothing.. we book a couple of dozen reservations a month for clients and will NEVER be using Fox again. And your driver was texting and driving.. so much for CA no touch law. read more

We will never use any parking service except for Fox when we go to San Diego airport. It's a valet parking service and they take you straight to the airport from their lot and then upon your return you just give them a call with your ticket number and the shuttle promptly picks you up and your car is waiting right out front. Used to be quick, convienent and good service. Recent visit coming home drives were rude, lazy and disorganized. waiting a hour at airport and they said tons of traffic. look on road no cars and took 10 minutes. management didn't care of a comment made. do you self a favor and go to another location where at least be appreciated UPDATE- owner handled with professionalism and had good explanation and course of action. Do Not Trust Fox Auto Parks I trusted Fox Auto Parks to securely store my vehicle while I traveled -- and they completely failed at the most basic responsibility: keeping my car on their property. Shockingly, during the period my car was supposed to be parked in their lot, I received a parking ticket issued by San Diego County. That means my car was taken out of the private parking area and driven or parked somewhere unauthorized. This is a serious violation of trust and raises major concerns about what else they were doing with my car without my consent. Mileage changes? Damage? Who knows -- because they clearly think they can move customers' vehicles without permission. When you pay for secure airport parking, the bare minimum expectation is that your car stays parked in the secured lot. Fox Auto Parks couldn't deliver even that. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Avoid this place unless you want strangers taking your car for a drive and getting you tickets. read more

I noticed that when she spoke to Liz the receptionist her tone was harsh, and she interrupted her several times. Beware, Fox Auto Parks put a massive dent in the rear passenger door of my Prius while it was parked on their lot. Luckily we noticed before leaving and were given info to initiate a claim. It is now more than 4 months later and I have had to provide 2 different quotes for the repair and a list of other files to even get the process started. I provided all the necessary documentation months ago and they continue to delay the process and give excuses. The lawyers rejected nearly half of the necessary work listed on the repair invoice from a reputable Toyota repair center with a "damage not justified" note so they could lower the cost they had to pay me out of pocket. I have had to follow up multiple times to get the money owed to me to repair the damage. I am still waiting for the check. The lawyers have told me they are awaiting authorization on the payment from Fox Auto Parks for this incident that occurred in September of last year. Every follow up I'm given a generic response that they are awaiting authorization from Fox Auto Parks without any reason as to why there is a delay. This has been going on since November 15, 2024 when I was told by the lawyers "Please confirm your mailing address for check to be issued." I promptly confirmed my mailing address and still have not received the check 83 days later. They also started the process by letting me know Fox Auto Parks is "permissibly self-insured" and that the California department of insurance does not mandate permissibly self-insured companies. horrible experience. Have used this place in the past, was ok. They have gone way down hill. called For pick up, was told 15 minutes. Finally arrived after 30 min. All other off site lots shuttles stopped and left numerous times before this one came. After waiting this long, we head to the parking lot, get half way there and driver turns around to go back to the airport and get more people. Was an hour from the time we called, til we finally reached the parking lot. They are understaffed, and really don't care how bad they are. Both my visors were down in my truck when I got back. Why a passenger?? Did they use my truck while I was gone?? I only write reviews when they are amazing, or extremely bad. I did not receive a formal investigation as the company has mentioned. I both notified management and contacted the police on my stole item that was taken from one of your employees. I have still have not recieved a follow. if you have a formal process, please provide me with documentation on how the investigation concluded. We don't leave valuables so no real loss except a few bucks change, but how did it happen if it was locked? You needed to know that you had to call the number on your receipt to get picked up by the shuttle. New people might forget that but we had read reviews to know. I always get taken straight away to the airport when I arrive. My car is always waiting for me when I check out after returning from my trip. My car has always been in the condition that left it. I have parked here many times with no issue. It's convenient and affordable. My last time parking there, the shuttle from the airport was an unusually long wait. I was tired and annoyed after a long travel day. Liz, who was at the desk was aware of my long wait and was very apologetic and took the initiative to do some service recovery. Saw lots of Fox vans last time we flew back from SC. Decided to use them this trip to Portland. Very easy to drop car off. They took keys to park like valet. Said to pay when return. Driver took us immediately to the airport. Very prompt and professional. When returned, used phone text they sent me. Clicked on text. Sent order to pu at terminal 1. Van came within 10 mins. Driver was Rich, same one who brought us He drove well and was very personable. Highly recommended Rich and our overall parking experience. Will try again our March Vegas trip. read more
