We agreed he would cover it for the 3 months that I paid him for in advance. 1 month in I was approached by owner of gym and given the hard sell to join gym stating Doc only covered first month.. all the while Doc stood other side of counter while I was ambushed. Gym pricing is whatever he feels like charging at the moment. Nothing written anywhere. Told Doc no thanks. Doc said he would do the right thing and refund my last 2 months. Never did. On a side note after confronted Doc did offer to cover next 2 months but trust was gone. End of the day all anyone has is their word.

She teaches you how to correctly do a workout so you don't pull anything. She guides you through the workout every time so that when you go to the gym by yourself you can feel confident and strong. You can use her workouts at the gym, at home or when your on vacation. She will challenge you to be your best self. Her studio is clean, welcoming and has good equipment. I like that I am not surrounded by a lot of people. It gives a sense of VIP treatment working out at her studio. She also has great choice of music playing but she's so sweet you can always request a song or two. Their teaching methods make it fun, the kids learn so much during class. They teach Respect, and self defense and every day struggles. The children learn so much in 30 minutes and you see such a major growth in maturity and respect, along with amazing karate moves so quickly. I just love to sit and watch all the classes. I absolutely love seeing the older students helping with the younger classes, they are amazing. My grandson looks up to the instructors and cannot wait to be a BLACKBELT. I love their Motto, "Its okay to Struggle, but it's not okay to Quit!! The karate tournaments are awesome. We have been to two so far and my grandson won a Gold Medal the second time around.
