The salesperson told me I had to call customer service myself. Later, when I called, customer service was able to restore some rewards and even asked why the store hadn't handled it directly. I then wanted to purchase a shirt in another size. The employee found it was only available online and began placing the order on his personal phone. When three customers lined up behind me, he asked me to step aside while he helped them, which I agreed to. He handed me his phone--which had a badly cracked screen and incoming text messages popping up--and expected me to complete the purchase myself. I decided to order the item at home instead. To top it off, when I asked whether a polo shirt was for men or women, a different employee curtly replied, "That's the men's section. The ladies section is in the BACK!!" The entire experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I did not feel valued as a customer and was disappointed by the lack of courtesy and service at this store.

So I searched and found this gym near me and have never encountered a place like this. Coaches that really care and are invested in helping you become the best version of you. And it's like an actual little family here, everyone cheers you on and I have really made some great friends here. I started in April 2018 with a trial membership and am now a permanent member. I went from hating to work out to now loving it, running 5Ks and other marathons and actually considering a tough mudder next year.
